Review 1：Unhelpfull when in the restaurant, making assumptions of what we wanted to eat without asking! Bedroom windows badly fitting that allowed mosquitoes into the room.

Review 2：Quiet place, clear rooms, friendly English-spoken staff, good breakfast. I have not any negative impressions :)

Review 3：Door of rooms closed with a very hard noise because they shut automatically. Lot of noise from the rooms next door. Clean the ground floor with a vacuum cleaner during breakfast every day

Review 5：The stairs are a bit steep,so if you aren't good on your feet,ask for one one of the ground floor rooms.

Review 6：De Drift is a quiet comfortable small-town hotel.It is compact,simple,neat and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. A very good dinner for four was 68 Euro, excluding beer. Speaking of which,they have a local,Drentsche Schans, on tap.
