Review 1：Room is hot. AC not working good. Internet not working. It would be great if staff are more friendly. Coffee shop staff now knowledgeable about their products . Poor Internet connection.

Review 3：shampoo and soap dispenser was broken.. There's no minibar.. But it's just ok you can do groceries to the Robinsons... Outside of the condotel is not safe.. Lots of prostitutes.And also elevators are so busy when it's day time.. You need to be patient.. Pool is so cold.. No heater :(

Close to Robinson where we go for breakfast after finding the breakfast provided by the hotel is very much simple and the cafe can't accomodate that many guests at the peak hour. In the evening, plenty of bar and restaurant around the corner. Same street with Oarhouse pub. The room is spacious and bed is comfy. Our room is on 24th floor with great view. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Review 19：My wife and I doesn't like the bed frame since it's too noisy everytime you move it produce annoying sounds even if you move a little the noise will make your partner awake.

Review 41：I booked for this hotel for three nights primarily because of the amenities it has which are the gym and the pool. Second, the location is just a few steps from Robinson's Place Manila and it is also near the venue of the seminar I have attended during my stay in Manila. Lastly, I love the city view at night which is an ironic change in ambiance from the usual view we have back at home which are trees and mountains.

Review 44：The room layout and design is very poor. Wardrobe is very slim to say the least. Position of the Air conditioner is ridiculous and walkway is tight. The 9th floor outdoor/undercover pool is also very poor in design as a strong wind creates a wind tunnel effect splashing water everywhere..

Review 46：The shower curtain was very cheap and hung with plastic ties almost as if they found out at the last minute it was broken and sent someone across the street to Robinsons mall with 100 pesos to replace it. The area has a huge mall across the street but has a lot of beggars and other less desirables. The elevator was slow at times and the pool was too cold to swim in (I am Canadian and I wasn't about to get to my privates in that water).

Review 52：the beds werent that comfortable and the smell of the linens like pillows, blanket, bedsheets smells like it came from storage and not fresh ..I mean yes its washed and all but i think its obvious that it was kept in storage for quite some time... The bathroom smells bad like the there's an after smell like septic tank or i felt like iw as in the parking lot of mega world properties..thats how it smells...not so strong but there is a bit of it which i didnt like.The cable..I prefer Sky but can settle with Cignal services.

Review 64：Wifi is definitely bad. Not to believe when the staffs says they will get the technician to fix it coz reading from past postings, the problem probably existed from day one. Better to get a SIM card with internet connection. Also the TV channels. Only able to watch 1 children channel haha. There are 4 elevators and also a sign stated all contractors to use only elevator number 4 but guess? They used all elevators and at times you have to wait longer and have to be careful not to be accidentally hit by ladders and get dust from the building materials they are carrying. This is serious matter they should look into.
Review 65：The RGS is still new. The surrounding and maintenance of the hotel is good. Got a room on the high floor with excellent seaview but on the hindsight you can even see the air quality ;-) This room is suitable for solo or couple but not family. Not sure if they have anything bigger like a family suite. Friendly staffs. Eateries are everywhere and mainly Mediterranean and is walking distance to Robinson Mall. Taxi are easily available. Slightly overpriced, probably coz it's still new. Will stay here again and will recommend to others too..
Review 66：Can't check-in early until 2p.m although I have mentioned while booking that we have little kid and our flight would land at 5a.m. the hotel said all the rooms were full.
Review 67：Location : it's located near the Robinson Place which has a lot of restaurant and stores, near the Ministop, Mc Donald....it takes about 15 minutes to Makati by taxi (which has shopping malls Greenbelt, Landmark, SM Stores..) Room : clean, new, has electric kettle, bowl, spoon. Bathroom has soap, towel, tissue...hotel is on the 32th of the tower so it's very quiet. Air conditioner is very good.

Review 72：It is an average hotel really, if you want to go shopping in Manila area, this is not the place to stay. It is right in the middle of the Red Light Area, walking distance to Robinson Mall and a lot of Japanese food and Korean food restaurants around this part of the town. The hotel doesn't provide two key cards for twin room so you gotta wait and travel with you partner once you leave the room or need to go back together so it is a real let down. And only 4 service lifts, if it get crowded it will take some time for you to get to the lobby, and it is true that it is noisy during the day hardly can get any good rest, so beware of this at night it will be noisy as well because of the Clubbing place beside it play loud music until 2am or 3am in the morning unless you go back this time and sleep until 8am or 9am and it will get noisy again from the cleaner, tenats in out of the rooms,sound of the lifts.... Toilet is smelly from the drainage pipes too.
