Review 1：It was extremely cold. It was not worth the money. You have to pay additional for the spa which was really disappointing so we didn't went

Review 3：Everything else, room was poor, choice of food on the menu was poor, some staff had a bad attitude, poor wifi even though it was advertised as having wifi throught out the entire area. No tea making phasilities in the room, no glasses in the room for water, when we called down to reception to request them we were told to go to the resturant to get them ourselves. We purchased a room with spa access, but on arrival in the early evening we were told we could not use it as it was only open between 10am & 7pm . This is not a hotel for a relaxing stay, it is just a stop over for the aerport and should be priced as such, it is definitely NOT a 4 star as claimed. Avoid this Motel (not hotel).

Review 6：We stayed here for my boyfriends birthday so we could also eat in the Michelin star restaurant Lunasia and we was not disappointed. We got upgraded to the junior suit, and it was lovely! The pool area was good too. I do also really recommend the restaurant the food was a dining experience.

Review 7：Lots of mosquitoes! Unless you have a car, the transpiration is costly by taxi from Pisa and the bus service very slow.

Review 9：Most of the rooms seem to have no balcony, rooms are dark, ours did not look as in the pictures (more old-fashioned). almost no possibilities to sit outside, also not in the restaurants. Breakfast is plenty but not good, coffee tasteless. The only option for good coffee or outside eating is the pool bar (but is closed at breakfast time; food not good). We paid an insane price of 180 Euros per night, which is totally out of proportion. they charge extra for everything (2 Euros per beach towel, etc.). not recommended. This is a mediocre business hotel, no luxury at all.

Review 13：Our room initially had only three beds and we are five. They upgraded us to a five bedded room at an additional cost. It was already expensice for what it was so the additional charge was not welcome. The rooms are all in blocks which reminded me of student accommodation not a luxury hotel. The rooms had no balconies or out side area. It was difficult to get a bed around the pool as there were not enough for the size of the hotel and there was a lot of bed hogging with towels when they were not at the pool. Everything is shut in the local area by 9.30 so u really have to be out for dinner promptly.

Review 21：The indoor pool with saunas and steam room are in the other side of theproperty and are charged at 12Eur per person and you also need to wear acap (this is not stated in the description). The hotel itself issituated on large grounds and has many 4 story houses, it does fee likeyou are on a cheap Turkey holiday deal.. Rather tat in Italy. Threerestaurants they have on the site have very disappointing menus andinterior dates back to 70s! The hotel is situated in the third line ofhouses from the sea and involves crossing busy street (not ideal withchildren!). Also at the reception when we were tying to get informationhow to get to the see (as most of the front line see area is privatizedand restricted from general public!) the reception staff tried to sellus a day pass to a their partner beach for 26Eur a day! Instead we usedgooglemaps to find our partway to the sea.. The are outside the hotellooks like it was abandoned 30 years ago and now, there are a lot ofempty wrecked buildings.. And there are no proper placed to dine outsidethe hotel. The area is favorite with the locals so they overpopulate thebeach during Saturday & Sunday, so that not even an apple can find aplace to drop down on a sand between towels. Lastly, the parking of thehotel is in a resident building (underground) opposite the hotelterritory which makes it highly irritating to drive in and out as thekey system and the parking planing are terribly awful.

Review 24：The Resort is very wide and equipped (2 restaurants, 2 swimming-pools, wellness centre...) and is near to the seaside. Our room was comfortable, simple but spacious. There is a big garage in which you can park your car. It's very useful!

Review 25：At the booking time I thought the resort had a private beach but it did not and we did not get proper information about the location of the beach at the check- in. We had to log in for the wi-fi many times /day and it was annoying. A bit expensive (no easy access to the beach) It felts the resort's gate had to security/control. Anybody could enter.

Every day same strange looking egg, sausages, cakes, biscuits? Coffee, juices tasteless. A few things missing in the room/bathroom. And after all It is not very clear what you pay for wlan, spa, (beach) or in the restaurant. There is no menu or pricelist!! Außerdem ist das Hotel ziemlich abgelegen und liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen und neben Militärgelände, war aber nicht so schlimm, wenn Zimmer zum Park.

Review 32：positiv that we could change the room into a room with park view, which made our stay more pleasant. The park is nice, only some parts a bit wild. The room first floor with balcony has a nice design and good size and extra sofa. Beds were comfortable. Flat TV, 2 German programs, no English programs.

Review 37：They charged 7 euro for wifi which only worked half the time, we would walk around the resort searching for signals to get on the internet. Seemed many people were having trouble with the wifi.

Review 39：Room was large, but not particularly nice. The room was a "Junior Suite" for the 3 of us, but we were only given towels, glasses, pillows for 2. The room was not cleaned well each day. Vacuuming was not done every day. Glasses were not replaced. Towels smelt strange. Many of the photos of the hotel show the "Wellness Centre". This includes the indoor pool and gym. However, this is only available at a substantial extra cost. The surrounding area is what might be described as "up and coming" by an estate agent.

During the whole stay (3 nights) was never fixed (no spare parts, sunday and other excuses) 2. Room service not working! We arrived at dinner time and at the reception were told there is no chance to have a dinner in the restaurant since you have to book in advance. We still needed some food for our kid so asked for room service. The answer was surprising: you can order in the restaurant any food but you need to pick it up yourself and carry to your room. Nice service guys! Exactly what I need after a long trip! 3. Towels were taken away but did not put any new ones so we had to ask for it.
