Reviews for All Inclusive Divi Little Bay Beach Resort

Review 1：Cleanliness was sadly lacking and our room (2016) was very tired with rusty and pitted shower fittings, no full length mirror, tired carpets, hole in the door where the rain came in when it rained hard. We paid for 3 weeks all inclusive and in that time I never once saw the restaurant floor being moped and polished, the windows were filthy and on a couple of occasions they had a cockroach problem. The menu remained the same so became boring and families with children beware that there is no Children's Menu in the Restaurant. Gizmo's Bar Grill was good but again the menu was always the same. The new F&B Manager Stanley is certainly making changes and it started to show before we left. GM and Senior Management were invisible and the only time we saw her was when the new Coffee Machine arrived in the Restaurant which was progress because before then you could not get a decent cup of coffee in there. There is a lovely Deli on site, but it closes at 2.30pm so after that you cannot get a coffee or pastry other than the stale ones in the onsite Supermarket.

Review 2：Location was good for Phillipsburg and Simpson Bay. Excellent beach and views. Haresh Balani in the In-house Assistant Sales Manager has an excellent way with guest relations and was always visible.

Review 3：Had reservation wrong. Rather than two queens got a king and sleeper sofa for two nights then had to move. Plumbing problems caused us to move midway through stay. Only one restaurant and one bar for dinner. Not as advertised. Most of staff not helpful and not friendly. Pool towels always out. Food was fair. Frozen pizza crusts. Not worth the price we paid.

Review 5：The food was good, however, it would be nice to have a little more variation in the breakfast & dinner menus.

Review 6：The staff were very good. Our room was good, the bed somewhat comfortable but pillows could have been more fluffy. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling in one spot and we had a little bit of initial trouble with the toilet, but maintenance came and fixed it. We had a view of Great Bay from Building 3, room 518 which we could see the cruise ships from. However, the location to be is on the Little Bay side which is the main location of all of the resort's beach and activities. We purchased the all-inclusive which was good since it included alcohol and non-motorized sports, like chairs, umbrellas, beach floats, paddle boards, snorkel equipment.

Review 7：Some of staff do not seem to enjoy their jobs. Especially the bartenders. Not very friendly and lack enthusiasm to say the least.
