Review 1：pool closed! - when it was clearly advertised as being open and available - we were told to 'get out!!'

Review 3：Some room equipment look very old and is partly damaged, it was reported on reception but no fixes has been made during next days ( Room cleaning wasn't good.

Review 7：Hard to locate initially; directions need to be more specific. No dish soap, paper towels, dish cloths, wash rags, measuring cups or measuring spoons. Coffee pot not adequate. We did not receive any written instructions as to policies regarding trash, linens, hours for facility usage, restrictions for beach usage, surrounding events or information pertaining to the hours or usage of shuttle service. Needed to ask a lot of questions. However, very helpful staff.

Review 9：Cleaning was awful, hotel staff friendly but don't react on the request. We asked to remove the wasps's nest over the balcony 's window, they promised but never did.

Review 11：Very very very bad wifi. You can´t say that you have wifi when it so bad as it was at this hotel. That was a problem if you like as needed wifi during our journey through Europe.

Review 12：The room was ok, but not so updated. Good location near beach. Value for money=not.

Review 13：Cooking facilities rather lacking. No oven, no toaster. Very few pots and pans. Made self-catering hard work. Might be an idea to have a standard pack option. With Salt, pepper, sugar, Milk and bread. Also washing up liquid and a cleaning cloth.Could be done for 5 Euro's I am sure.

Review 14：Setting and surrounding looked nice and was well kept and good size pool with good air con in the apartment. Good Wifi not just in the apartment but at the pool also. Apartment cleaning, towel and bed changes and bin changing was all very good. Staff showed they could be trusted as there was no safe in the apartment and nothing went missing :-)

Review 15：Floor was really dirty when we arrived! I had to immediately clean up the apartment. The bed sheets had holes and sofa fabrics were also holes. the beds were uncomfortable.

Review 17：Took 20 mins to check in as only one person of the 3 standing around could do this and he was on the phone in another room. No one asked how our stay was when we left. Another example of how little most Italians seem to care about your customer experience as they know there are millions more right behind you. (P.S. I live in Italy so have many experiences here) Cleanliness of room was marginal, pull-out bed was very uncomfortable, refrigerator noise was very loud to the point of distracting sleep. Only 4 pillows for four people (no extra anything provided). Ironing board but no iron?!?! In short, property was dated, in a bit of disrepair and little attention to details that customers like. Room was over €100/night in the off-season so I’d say value was on poor end. If I paid €65/night I wouldn’t be complaining.

Review 18：Very quiet, close to beach and Tirrenia, huge pool, free services at their private beach

Review 19：The kitchen wasn't quite set up, we had to ask for a kettle and cooking pots which were then provided; no dish cloth, washing up liquid which would be nice even in small quantities. The gate to the pool locked at 5pm, although the pool was meant to stay open till 7pm. The private beach was nice, but beach staff very unhelpful and rude, which spoilt the afternoon and we decided not to go back. Our stay was enjoyable enough, but we wouldn't go back. Maybe the service gets better when the season officially starts (we were there mid May, only a few days before the season starts), but it would be nice to feel welcome, even if one doesn't play golf.

Review 20：The apartment was nice enough, a nice pool and free parking. Towels were changed every day.About 15min drive to the airport, and 5-10m drive to the beach. Free hire of bikes. Supermarket is a walkable distance.

Review 21：Would have preferred if the golf rates for playing were lower . The complex was possibly a bit quiet in the evenings so we walked into the nearby village.

Review 22：We loved the pool, loved having the option of a taking a shuttle bus to the beach. We really enjoyed having bikes for free during most of our stay. It was safe for cycling and great to be able to cycle at our leisure along the cycle paths by the coast.The beach was magnificent and the golf course was lovely.

Review 43：We rented this apartment in the off season so we didn't have to stay an entire week. It was a HUGE 2-bedroom apartment with a nice living area and kitchen. It was right on the golf course surrounded by beautiful grass and flowers. We used the American beach because the apartments beach area was not open but it was a great place to see Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terra. I imagine that staying in the summer when the pools and beach areas are open would be amazing.

Review 44：У бассейна можно занимать лежаки и зонтики только без номерков - с номерками опять же для тех, кто купил номер на год. Зонты без номерков в свою очередь раположены скорее неудобно. Тоже самое на пляже - выбор из приблизительно 20 не самых удобных мест (из 200). Слышно, что происходит в соседнем номере, но т.к. во время нашего пребывания людей было мало, то нам это не сильно мешало.

Review 45：Мы останавливались в отеле на неделю во второй половине июня. Было мало людей. В будние дни тихо, в выходные приезжают итальянцы, которые купили в ресорте номер на весь год. Соответственно в пятницу наблюдается понаезжание всех и вся в Тиррению, а в воскресенье громадный исход из неё. Лучше поэтому приезжать в будные дни, а также в выходные забыть про пляж и бассейн, и вместо этого отправиться куда-нибудь на экскурсию. Номер большой и чистый, обставлен всем необходимым (но простенько, но никто большего и не ожидал), в кухне есть всё нужное. Вечером здорово сидеть на балконе (захватите скатерть, её-то как раз нет). Отличное место для того чтоб устроить базу для поездок по Тоскане - Флоренция, Лукка, Пиза - рукой подать. Магазин со всем необходимым в пяти минутах. На пляж ездит автобус - пешком идти минут 20 - но на самом деле можно ездить и на машине (что мы и делали, т.к. были с малньлим ребёнком - много вещей, коляска и т.п.), в будние дни полно мест для парковки и парковка бесплатная. Несмотря на грозные требования самому убирать и выносить мусор - это делают уборщицы. Нам почему-то постоянно чистые приносили полотенца, не унося старые, и туалетную бумагу, когда мы уезжали полотенцев хватило бы на взвод. Туалетной бумаги на месяц. Постельное бельё также меняют (хотя на сайте написано, что это специальная услуга за отдельную плату).

Review 48：The breakfast options were very limited. There are no restaurants nearby. Tirrenia is where you will need to og if you want to eat at a place other than the resort's restaurant.

Review 49：Good Apartments. Well maintained lawns. Didnt use the swimming pool but seemed nice. Cleaning services pretty good. We had a 2 bedroom Apartment. Big bedrooms with lots of moving Space. That was good with two small children. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the Beach. There is supposed to be a Shuttle bus though we ended up using our car. Not too far from Pisa G G airport. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is a good option

Review 50：The entrance to the resort is undergoing some maintenance, so it wasn't so easy to find the resort. We, however, called the reception who gave us some good tips and landmarks to locate the place.

Review 51：The staff was very courteous. They provided us with a city map of Pisa and a few leaflets on Tuscany. Our room was clean and quiet, very close to the swimming pool (though it was obviously closed in winter). We drove to Volterra one day - it was just an hour's drive from the resort.
