Review 1：Very dated, run down, kitchen needs more cutlery, no hooks in the bathroom, window latch is missing. Domestic cockroaches. On arrival had to redo all the dishes as it was very poorly cleaned. Blinds in the kitchen are very dirty. The office person has limited English.
Review 2：Had no hand soap for 3 of the 4daes there! Only got given 2 towels wen there was 4 of us there! The beds were way too soft! Smelt of marijuana 2daes of the 4daes there! Which is not gud wen u have babies! Noisy cars at times of the nite u could hear everything!

Review 4：The staff were so friendly and very helpful. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The place was very clean and the room was serviced every day. Also the booking was so easy. Thank you for the best holiday ever. I will highly recommend this place to anyone.
Review 5：Old rooms and some stuff was even really dirty (like the kettle and toaster in the kitchen). Beds were also old and small. The queen bed had a huge "pit" in the middle so we both rolled over to the middle of the bed during sleep. As a consequence we were waking each other every half hour or so due to the lack of bedspace or one giving the other an accidental slap or punch. This was by far the worst motel we stayed in. Ever.

Review 7：We didn't get back to the motel until late from going out for Christmas dinner with friends to find towels were not provided. When i called there was no answer because it was after 8.30pm. So had to wait to shower in the morning.
Review 8：The motel is walking distance to the Lower hutt Westfield. The room was clean. The young man that checked us in was lovely.
Review 9：Do not like -the services that they provide. No room service Smelly untidy rooms . No water Supply (taps broken) On top up this motel owner is cheating guy . Don't give any credit card details.

Review 11：The manager apparently said that to my family friends that they have damaged a wall but they didn't and without there permission without a proper quote he took $500.00 from their bank account and for wifi you need to pay

Review 15：Cosy setting and wonderfully obliging staff. Apartment is fully equipped, location in quiet suburban area very near to local shopping and restaurants was perfect for us.
Review 16：The cleanliness of the room was so unacceptable that we couldn't wait to check out the next day. Making a complain to the staff didn't result in any actions being taken! Wifi not working poor signal. Will not return even if offer to stay for free!!

Review 19：No Kitchenette for my 2 staff to prepare simple breakfast and dinner. Excellent cooked breakfast provided at $ 19.00/person as alternative.

Review 23：We were upgraded to a 1brm unit at no extra cost even if I booked only for a studio. Staff are really friendly. The manager (I didn't get his name) was very helpful as we needed to know where the closest dairy wa's etc. And of course my girls and I enjoyed the company of Lily, the dog. Overall good quality accommodation at an affordable price. Thanks for making our stay a comfortable one.
Review 24：The place was filthy and totally run down. Bits of toilet paper behind the toilet door, hair in the shower/bath and bathroom sink, black mould covering the bath/shower ceiling. Sticky lino in front of the kitchen sink. The shower head wall was broken, hole in the back of the bathroom door where someone had kicked it. All around the the toilet above the skirting was broken and coming away. The electric blanket on the double bed was broken. A tissue with something in it was under the couch cushion. (Should not have looked!!) Childrens trampoline was ripped away from the springs.

Review 26：The manager was annoyed and swore on the phone when I woke him up at 1.30 am in the morning but that is understandable as he wasn't aware of our early check in confirmation - computer glitch but in saying that we really did enjoy our time and Steve (manager) was I'm fact very helpful and accomodating after our initial meeting.

Review 28：However the small fridge was yuk and needs to be thrown out. I had to put my food in the fridge but was very tentative. Not dirty just well aged and rusty. Also the 2 ring burner took approximately 30 mins (set to high) to cook my bacon and eggs. This needs to be replaced.
Review 29：The room and motel were lovely and staff are great. Parking good. I would willing stay again but would need to be reassured that the fridge and ring burner were thrown out.
Review 30：I had gone to the Motel on Friday 25th September to make sure that the guests that I had booked were able to obtain dinner and breakfast. I was informed that there was a place next door and that the guests could charge their meals back. Unfortunately this facility is not available on the weekends. Had I known then I would have arranged for the guests to have access to a food basket.

Review 32：Internet didn't work. TV didn't work at all 2 days. No light in toilet. Power point didn't work in bathroom. 2 bar heater. Sky tv only had black and white picture very hard to see (dark). Room not made up on Sunday. No discount offered. This scoring system isn't working.
Review 33：Beds are comfortable. Rooms clean. Staff plesant though not effective in fixing problems. Did get us alternate internet access after complaint.
Review 34：The room was dusty and smelt musty, when you had a shower it leaked out into the kitchen so the floor was wet to walk on - where the shower head was on the wall there was a crack in the wall and dirt particles would come out whilst showering, the dishes weren't clean, the kitchen was warped in the cupboards. The TV channels were .ok sometimes

Review 55：Comfy bed and clean. Normally don't get a very good sleep, tossing and turning on a motel bed. But this one we slept right through the night. We liked the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom thought that was a very good idea.

Review 60：Reception service was was way too casual and lack basic communication skills like ' please follow me, I'll show your to your room' - just followed the guy and had to assume he was showing me to my room. coffee, tea in containers not sachets - unsafe and unsanitary. bed is OLD! too soft and dips in middle because it's old. No additional toilet paper rolls in bath room, half a roll only provided. Decor was very dated but at least it was fairly clean right?!
