Review 1：1. Room was flooded. Tubing in the room above popped. 2. Wlan was on and off. 3. Room service did not what they were doing. 4. Bellboy upon arrival nonexistent. 5. Service in the bar and restaurant an utter disaster.

Review 6：Colazione pessima, cibo andato a male, arredamento camera che cade a pezzi. Hotel da EVITARE!!!! Very bad food for breakfast, old food served everyday, room with broken stuff. AVOID this hotel!!!!

Review 8：Bathrooms have no lighting over bath/shower which I found weird - why would someone want to shower in the dark? Automatic doors at entrance are always shut, makes it difficult to get in and out the building with luggage or other cumbersome items. It's definitely not 5* hotel, more like 3* or a bad 4* at most) and very overpriced for what it is.
