Review 2：The moment I walked into the office door I was greeted with smiles, hellos, friendliness, and was handed a cold bottled water. The staff was always very cordial and friendly throughout. Alicia's is newly renovated, newly painted, and the room had great a/c and a mini-refrig. Jan 2016

Review 8：The room was a little dated, even though well maintained and clean. I was on the ground floor, so there was a little bit of noise from the street, but nothing unbearable.
Review 9：The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The location was close to the Boardwalk and many restaurants, as well as Old Street being a 30 second walk away. The buses also pick up right in front of the hotel so you can get all over the island easily. The room I got (upgraded to junior suite) was large, spacious, and clean with a brand new air conditioner, much needed on the island.
Review 10：Having a microwave in a room would be great. And power outages is a pain but it's not the guilt of the hotel.

Review 13：Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to the hurricane alert, we were equipped with a lamp and first needs like water and candy bars in case of a blackout. Clean and convenient room, exactly like the pictures online
Review 14：Nowhere to store and prepare foods. Had to buy food everyday. No microwave. If someone with physical limitations, no handicap access.

Review 16：I stayed here for just one day, everything was good. but they have to just make a parking lot for their visitors , because the visitors that have rented a car will have security of their car. They have to park so far away and walk to the hotel. Or make a deal with the nearest parking lot for your visitors that are included in the hotel park. All by all the hotel is so good !!
Review 17：I did not have a bad experience, but was concerned about security and did not want to be out after dark. The room key comes with additional keys for two safety gates that are locked after 8 pm if I remember correctly.
