Review 1：It's a tricky one - staff are super friendly, but to extreme lack of english language communication soon becomes limited to smiling and drawing pictures on piece of paper. Was a bit too little english for my expectation of a 4* resort. Now location - very remote (~20 km from ranong city center), make sure to have arrangements from hotel otherwise city taxie are very reluctant to go there. Hotel on top of not cheap room price, charges 200-300 bhat for each ride. Wi-fi was also rather poor accros the place.
Review 2：The grounds are pretty gorgeous once you get there. Pool is fab with the views of Burma, seeview villa is also spacious light and beautiful.

Review 5：The hotel is far from everything. The road to the room was not paved and muddy. The smell of the room was atrocious, in spite of the 5 air fresheners that they use to try to hide it.

Review 7：The way to the resort was terrible, the staff during my check in was fair (the man at the Bar) and assigned the wrong room that under construction but the other was nice and helpful. There was no TV signal, and no wifi in room.

Review 9：*Poor road condition and distance from the road to the hotel. *Kitchen closed early (we arrived late 21.00) there is no other shops, restaurants in the area. It would be nice to have an option of having something light to eat. *Fridge in the room had been turned off for many hours before we arrived - so everything was warm (but they did bring ice to us) *A little isolated
Review 10：*Good signage - very helpful to us when driving *Staff were very welcolming, very helpful, polite and very professional. *Generous breakfast which was included in the price. *When you actually get to the hotel, it is in a very nice location, pool, hotel well looked after and we liked all the statues on the grounds of the hotel.

Review 13：They clearly weren't expecting us, despite booking.com reservation. V hard to find - 1 km down unsigned dirt track. Expensive considering room smelt damp. This place could / should be wonderful - whoever built it, must have poured money into an amazing concept, but X years later it needs a refresh and a better management.

Review 15：Reservation team is awful, all bad reviews that we read before selecting this hotel is about them and truly same as other customers say. We almost cancel this booking because of them as they give the very high price, 2 or 3 times over than they show on other websites, and not open rooms even they are empty!?. When we contacted them, they just say they cannot do!?? We spent over a month to complete this booking!! Satellite box in rooms are not work.
