Review 1：The cooked part of the breakfast was very dull

Review 5：I disliked that the first thing told me at the check-in was "did you parked the car here? Park does not belong to the Hotel" Coincidence or not - the day after I had my car parked in front of the hotel and paid twice the max.park ticket until 12h50. Went to have lunch and was overtime for 20minutes, 13h10 I got a fine - however - weird I checked - the only car on the whole street with a fine !!! And you will notice cars parked in the sidewalk everywhere in Ponta Delgada, for e.g. This was a very strange situation that stressed me.

Review 27：This Hotel is basically a budget hotel but at 120 euros a night the price is not budget. The hotel is the standard of an average UK Travelodge. Looks like it was built in the 60s. It was generally clean but the bathroom tile grout was a bit dirty. Furniture showing signs of wear. Beds uncomfortably hard. Furniture on the balcony was grubby. Due to its location this hotel suffers from traffic and aviation noise. I would not use this hotel again. I would use the Talisman.

Review 28：The staff were excellent and helpful. I told them I had to leave the hotel early to get my flight. The receptionist arranged for me to have a take away breakfast, sorted out an early morning call and ordered me a taxi. Earlier in my stay the receptionist also printed my boarding cards,

Review 29：We picked this place because of the reviews. It did not disappoint. If you're looking for over-the-top luxurious accommodations, go somewhere else. But if you're looking for a comfortable, clean, spacious and affordable hotel room that will suit your sleeping needs, along with a friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend.

Review 30：The ocean view is a partial sideways view. The breakfast is terrible and they served canned fruit. The fitness centre consists of three old pieces of cardio equipment. The hotel is located along the airplane landing path so you hear the engines overhead constantly. There was a small square box on the counter of the room that played fuzzy moving pictures at an unadjustable low volume. The safe is locked with a key attached to a hunk of brass. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel but it is permitted on the balcony so forget about enjoying your balcony with the partial side ocean view if you don't want to have smoke in your face and your room from your chain smoking neighbour.

Review 35：We booked a King room and we ended up in a Junior suit. What a nice supprise! The room is very spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea are available with a kettle in the room which is very good for me since I have to get hot drink after each day of diving and sea adventure in the rather cold Atlantic water. Breakfast is good. There are this kind of special bread from Azores, cut into triangle pieces. Very tasty with local jam. The hotel is about 10 minus walk to the maria where most of the whale watching and diving boats departing. So it is very convenient. Not far from most of the nice restaurans and cafe either. A relaxing afternoon in a town center outdoor Cafe is just something! By the way it is very close to the airport, about 10 minus drive in regular trafic, 5 minus in the early morning.

Review 36：They failed to tell me I couldn't park on the street and I received a ticket the first day. Beds are hard and the tv's were about 15 inches. Airplanes fly directly over the hotel.

Review 60：The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel has a nice swimming pool (salt water) on the west side with lots of direct sunshine until late in the evening. An excellent breakfast is included in the price and the restaurant also serves a good buffet and light meals can be ordered until midnight at the bar. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Three minutes away on foot from the square where Festas do Senhor Santo Cristo take place every year.
