Review 1：I loved, loved, loved the location! The ease to get from my room to the beach was stellar! I had my room upgraded to one with a view and this was the best view I have ever had from a hotel window. The staff was very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. There are staff trolling the beach looking for people who need drink refills.

Review 2：Very expensive and always having to pay for everything on every corner you turn. They wrung me out like a wet towel. Not worth the money

Review 4：Spa was greatly overpriced. Pitahayas, although deemed " famously element", had mediocre food and service. We were unable to receive a map of the resort and directions to our room without being approached not once, but twice, about time share ownership. Quite a turn-off. Also, the rooms are beautiful, but many have no view. Do what you can to request a room with a view of the ocean.

Review 5：Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Resort was beautiful. D.Cortex restaurant was over the top delicious with tremendous live music playing.

Review 6：We had to print our boarding passes out on the day that we checked out. We went to the front desk at the hotel, and the concierge was very unhelpful and rude. She wouldn't print them out for us and she wouldn't give us a pre-paid card or password. We all started laughing because of how much she went out of her way to be unhelpful.

Review 7：I went with a couple friends to the vacation club (not the hotel) and we got a beautiful studio with a walk-out patio. The pictures don't do this place justice -- it was the nicest hotel any of us had ever stayed in. Then again, that's probably not saying all that much because we are from Indiana and we still think the Olive Garden is a great restaurant.

Review 8：Room was a bit run down and you could hear absolutely everything next door and in the hall. It was atrocious. We complained. Wifi was very spotty and you lost it if you were in the vacation club and moved to the hotel side.
