Review 1：The hotel must have up to 100 room paying customers that are kept awake every night until 1am with music from the hotels "ice bar". Who in the hotels management team thought it was a good idea to license this bar? And think it was good for business? If you like Thai pop played to you in your room until 1am stay here!

Review 3：Rooms are in poor condition, particularly the bathrooms. Just a warning, I'd avoid the in-house restaurant, they tried to lure us in with a 15% discount voucher for it which clearly stated food and beverage is included, and we even confirmed with the waiter before ordering - however upon getting the bill they insisted alcohol was not included as well as adding the usual 10%+7% tax on top of their already excessive beer prices (almost 200thb for a 500ml Singha). Tip: Head to the local restaurants nearby outside, much better value and better food!

Review 7：The staff were pretty appalling they didn't seem to want to know when we asked them for things they would act like it was a great differculty. This capped off with them dropping us off at the pier 2 hrs early for our boat because they didn't check the times properly. It is a shame as this ruined our experience.

Review 47：We are honeymoon couples and I called and told them before but they didn't offer anything special at all. And actually we are their repeated guests, we have been there for 3 times and we wish next time they could provide something better.

Review 48：we stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days, we booked for 2 rooms and requested quiet rooms, and we got what we wish! Staffs are friendly and helpful, their facilities are wonderful especially hot mineral water in jaguzzi and a great swimming pool. We also enjoyed working out in their gym and they prodive lovely breakfast as well. Overall it's amazing.

Review 49：Location to hotel is complicated (off from the main road). Should have more signboards directing visitor to the hotel from the main roads. Lifts are shaky. One was jammed.

Review 55：As far as what we didn’t like about the hotel hopefully will educate andinform Vacationers staying for the first time at the Tinidee. My wifeand I both from ny stayed at the Tinidee back in 2011 and just recentlyagain from November 11th till the 20th, 2013. In 2011 we were impressedby the Cleanliness, Staff Response Team, Prompt Room Cleaning, PoolFacilities and Morning Continental Breakfast. Now it is somewhatdifferent and we weren’t impressed with what we were told as under NewManagement. You won’t be impressed by their lack of disregard towardsthe room paid vacationers who are just looking for a restful night. Thehotel now seems more interested in accommodating Weddings, Larger thannormal group parties whose tables spill out into the Lobby of the Hotel.Let’s not forget about Parking. We rented a car this trip and wecouldn’t even park in a normal spot near the hotel because of all theparty attendees in their cars taking up all the spots. Let’s not forgetabout all the other party goers that came in Big Buses that took upparking as well. We stayed on the 7th Floor facing the pool. The livemusic from these parties were blasting loud enough to make anyoneannoyed to sleep at night. We could only imagine vacationers on the1st,2nd, 3rd and 4th floor rooms not being able to get a good night’srest? The swimming pool is a nice size but was tough to swim in becauseof perhaps larger amounts of chlorine additives, it made our mouths feeldry and our skin wrinkle. Our advice, pick a different hotel or stay ina room opposite the pool for a little peace and quiet. PS……….there arepeople who smoke on floors designated for non-smoking keep this mindwhen you wake up one night and smell cigarettes in your room. We won’tbe back. Dave & Pla ny

Review 64：This hotel isn't Luxus or anything. Its a little shabby, the toilets are old and the whole "Spa"-Area is a joke. The jacuzzi was out of order and the hot-water-tube was not working well (by the way... i think its only hot water, not springwater). Everywhere you look: dirty (the ashtrays, pool)... I don't want to come back.
