Review 1：There was an old lady at reception who wasnt friendly at all,we didnt feel welcome,had to pay extra for parking and not at last,the room was freezing,it took hours to warm it a little bit.Some people showed up 10-15mins late for brekfast and were turned away!Unacceptable if you expect good reviews!!!..Also when coming out in evening we met drunk noisy people hanging outside hotel,apparently from bar inside!

Review 13：It was October and the heating was off for the entire hotel, even though outside temperature in one of the nights was 5 Celsius. Front desk said it's summer schedule, they can't turn on the heat, but they can move me to a different room.

Review 14：The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It has a nice balcony with view to the garden.

Review 15：In the bathroom there was very little toilet paper. I notified reception, but they never brought more. The room smelled of old carpet. There was nothing in the mini-bar, although there was a price list for the things in it. Poor and often intermittent internet. There was no soap in the tubes of soap in the bathroom. The room had a sitting stool instead of a chair. The carpet was stained. Air conditioner was not working heating, although the outside temperature was 13 degrees. The room had only one power socket. I will never booked a room at this hotel again!

Review 18：It's just 10 minutes from downtown by tram. Simple but comfortable room, extra comf bed, small but very clean bathroom. The female receptionist at the desk (just the one with glasses, I am sorry I didN't even ask your name) was very kind and helpful and smiling. Perfect rate/ quality. Surely coming back again.

Review 23：Unfortunately smoking is permitted on the balconies. I prefer to sleep with the windows open instead of running AC all night. Waking up at 3AM to find that your entire room smells like an old ashtray is really annoying.

Review 27：The staff from the receptionists the restaurant all the way to the cleaners they where magnificent although! there english not the best but you'll get through.. otherwise a hotel that can't afford not to go and enjoy your stay and definitely eat from their restaurant, Buffet breakfast for 5 euros, lunch and definitely dinner, they have a magnificent chef and you can stay indoors or in their Alfresco...

Review 28：Before the air conditioning kicked in, the room smelled of cigarettes. TV's mounting angle is a bit peculiar. No drinking water in the room.

Review 29：Nice location with many transport options and walking distance (30 minutes) to the city center. Free fitness and sauna, though I didn't use them. Free tea and instant coffee in the room. Big Billa grocery store just beside the hotel.

Review 30：CLEAN YOUR AIR CONDITIONING FILTERS. They are thick of dust and don't work. Very embarrassing when you entertain important clients and your air conditioning does not work properly in 30'c heat.

Review 32：We cant consider this hotel as 4* (four-stars) due to lot of dissapointing options: 1) building is old (probably built 80-x) and badly renovated 2) hardly recognized as building not painted normally 3) we booked three-persons rooms but we found supply in the room only for two (2 cups, 2 glasses, 2 towels, 2 shampoo and 2 soaps), 2 normal beds and one coach. 4) window-view was terrible and smell in the rooms too 5) we were found badly constructed ground in the bathroom, as after taking shower all the water is going in the living room and not to runoff

Review 33：The good point that we booked a room for three persons for 47 eu only thats quite cheap for Europe (if Serbia we can call EU). In addition to this, location is ok just near by a supermarket.

Review 36：The location is not nice. The surrounding of the hotel does not have much to offer. I had to change rooms twice. First because the room smelled like cigarettes and second because the hairdryer did not work. The budget rooms were very basic. Luckily, I was then moved to a bigger room which was lovely and the facilities worked well.

Review 44：The location was ok but it's a bit far from the centre. But the price and the comfort and security of the hotel all more than made up for that. For price and quality is is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The next time I'm Sofia I plan to stay there.

Review 45：The room was excellent. I went with the higher standard room which only cost a very small supplement and was well worth the extra few euro. The room was quiet. The hotel is beside a big supermarket so getting food is no problem. The staff were very helpful.

On check-in I have reported that one bulb is not working in the bathroom, they said it'll be replaced next morning, but they never did.

Review 59：The rooms are clean although not very spacious. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. Location is okay because you can just take Tram 4 and 5 to the city center. Taxi fare from the Airport is only 15 Leva although most taxi drivers would ask for 20 Leva. There is also a large supermarket next to the hotel for groceries and toiletries .

Review 66：I came here to unwind after a business meeting and it was the right choice! The best massage of my life, excellent cleanliness, fluffy bedding and pillows, sauna & gym facilities, very professional and friendly staff. The hotel is also right next to a supermarket which is very convenient. It is out of town slightly so a little more complicated to get into the centre, but perfect to also be able to go south to the mountains to explore.

Review 69：There is a too high difference between the conditions in a double room and in the apartment (this is for true, the ordinary price is also very different). We knew the way this time, but they display on booking.com site an erroneous address so without some help especially in night time it is very difficult to find. remember the good address, Tzar Boris III no. 52!

Review 70：We were given an apartment instead of a double room as booked, because they were quite fully booked. It was our second stay at the hotel and we were amazed by the difference from the double room. The apartment was really huge, well-furbished, really luxury. The bath had both shower cabin and bath tube, its space very generous. Moreover, this second time the person at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, probably due to the group, with lots of delicious staff. We could take the second coffee cup, since one portion is very small. The wifi worked very well.

Review 71：The room and bathroom were incredibly small, the furniture without taste, in no case for 4* standard. Toileteries of low quality, no slippers or other small things expected for a 4* hotel. At the reception was an old lady remembering me the comunist era by her attitude. The good address is Tzar Boris III no. 52, not 41 as shown on the site, it was complicated to find the hotel at 10 pm.

Review 78：We rented two standard rooms for two nights . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Beds , rooms and bathrooms were very clean . Overall, the rooms where really comfortable and house-keeping service makes sure you have washed towels and sheets. The personel are fluent english speakers and are very willing to help when asking for directions , places to go etc. The hotel is 2 minutes away from a big boulevard and a tram station . (Tram No.5, whose final destination is the city centre) Walking to the centre will take about 30 min . Plus, the store next door is a big super market , so you can buy anything you might need. To sum up, I am more than satisfied and I highly recommend Central Forum Hotel to anyone who visits Sofia.
