Review 1：Only negative was the fact our room didn't get cleaned. I was in the room on the 2nd day and asked for everything to be done apart from the bed to be made and the room to be cleaned (because I was still in it) but the dishes, toilet paper and towels weren't done either. Only a small thing but everything else, perfect!
Review 2：I liked everything about the stay, I live in Petone but the objective of the stay was to get away and relax away from family etc. Would absolutely book in again and would recommend to others!
Review 3：Room was well set up. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Shower was great with very good pressure. Modern and clean and comfortable. Good parking that was easy to access and the motel very easy to find.
Review 4：Complementary tea and biscuits were not replaced, and newspapers and a couple of personal magazines were removed by cleaning staff. Both were reported to management. Otherwise we would have awarded 10/10

Review 7：Good quality hotel/motel. Nice touch was the DVD collection for use by guests. Nice location right across from the harbours' edge. Walking distance to Jackson St which has many choices for food and shopping.

Review 21：Wifi is free, but apportioned in 500 MB chunks via a slip of paper with a revolving password that you get from the front desk. They give these out one at a time, and if the desk is closed (after 10 pm or so) you're out of luck. As a result one evening I ran up a REALLY big bill on my cell phone using it for wifi access on my laptop. I would have preferred to pay an uncharge for truly unlimited free wifi.
Review 22：Short walk to Petone, with lots of restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and clean room. My original room was with an ocean view but was a bit noisy due to the road and they were happy to move me to a room on the other side of the building away from the road noise.

Review 30：Recommend add non slip dots to floor of spa bath, I slipped getting in to shower on first use and had a bruise on my bottom from the fall. Also recommend a bar on the wall for something to hold as you get in and out.
