Review 1：Weren't given proper information regarding meal specials and felt a bit angry when we came to settle our bill and found it to be considerably more than expected.

Review 3：Floor boards a bit creaky. Room insulation could be improved, shower and WC could be heard from the next room.

Review 6：The location of the hotel is fantastic on top of the hill half in the woods. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could park our mountain bikes safely for the night. The room was spacious with an excellent bed.

Review 50：Excellent location in a lovely wooded area. Our room had a commandingview over the countryside looking towards the small town of Groesbeek.Wereceived a very warm welcome from the owner who spoke good English. Onlystayed overnight but would have enjoyed a longer visit.

Review 51：Room was a little hot and made sleeping difficult. In Europe only a fewweeks in most locations north of the Alps will have this problem duringthe summer. I would recommend to those traveling by car to have a smalltravel fan in the trunk. I was on Moto so can only fault myself as Iknew the heat would be a issue. Some hotels have fans you can requestbut as it was late I did not want to bother anyone.

Therestaurant and outdoor patio are very pleasing areas to spend time witha lovely outlook. We got a warm welcome, the beds are very comfortable,highly recommend the restaurant, candles always lit, super breakfast. Weloved our stay here..

English menu translations available. Bar and restaurant lively and sophisticated but not at all pretentious. Great interior design - particularly in public areas.
