Review 1：I wish you had your own restaurant to cater the guest, especially during breakfast, i dont like the long walk going to maxims cafe , its an exercise though....

Review 3：The hotel did not have any other facilities for the guest other than the bar at the lobby not to mention they do not have room service. We got stuck inside the elevator several times due their card reader is malfunctioning hence we needed to vacate and to wait for the other elevator.

We didn't think we'd find anything outside the hotel, but right downstairs was a large casino and shopping center with tons of great restaurants. What we thought would be a stressful stopover in Manila turned out to be a memorable addition to our trip.

Inconvenient system on monetary deposit for calls - asking for it just when you complain of not being able to make mobile phone calls via landline, which you may need to do due to rubbish wifi. Inefficient problem solving strategies by operator handling complaints. No value for money. Do not even provide basic toiletries.

Review 16：Room has no comforter, aircon cant be controlled, restaurant is not in hotel building and breakfast shared with casino players. Smoking in casino area was irritating.

Review 18：I had the most excellent staff member Bianca I think.... Help me when we got to the hotel. Our flight the next day wasn't until 8pm and we had both contracted food poisoning which she didn't even know about and with one time asking her if we could bump check out to 4 pm (I offered to pay extra) she simply shook her head and told me not to worry about it and we had until 5pm. This was after my Husband had asked a different staff and was given a firm no and 2pm was the latest! Thank you so much, as it allowed for us to recover enough to fly the 14 hours home! Also the next day another fine young man directed us to the free hotel clinic where we got some help for our poor stomachs.

Review 19：Reception hall and personnel gives you impression of being in a luxury hotel, but when you actually go to your room, you will be surprise by the humidity of the room, badly working air-con and dirty bathroom. Suitable for one night stay. Internet was working less than 15 minutes for free...

Review 20：Hotel should always ready with the needs of their clients but unfortunately I was just asking them to provide me contact lens solution or even an eyedrop but it's not available even their clinic doesnt have one.they dnt even exert an effort to provide me that lens solution and for me thats emergency thats why for me staff got a poor score. Next time they should be more ready and prepared for other needs of their clients

We paid over 5k pesos for a standard room with 2 double beds considering that we are a couple, a stain on the blanket, unmaintained toilet, unstable heater, no dresser/table and chair at least, and the list goes on.... This is our first and last stay in this hotel.

We had to pay for our kids' breakfast and since it was at a posh cafe at the nearby high end mall..it was a very very very expensive toast and eggs. Best to get your kids something from the 7/11 or McD's before hand.

Review 39：For anyone coming in or out of T3 this hotel is the way to go (or the neighboring hotels that are part of New World Resorts). The free and convenient shuttle that takes you out of a nightmarish line up for taxis is the biggest incentive. We would stay here again for this reason alone but only if it's a good deal and for one night only. Staff were very friendly.

Review 40：Money disappeared from my room. The Left luggage attendant told us not to leave valuable items like cell phones in our suitcases at the left luggage office in the hotel. Elevator key system doesn't work.

Review 46：Noisy guests hanging out at the main lobby and at the lobby near the elevators. talking loudly even in the wee hours of morning like 2-5am.. no consideration at all. we had to call front desk to shut them up. mosquitos in the room.. we were put to a room near the elevator when we requested a room away from the lift as we know it's very noisy.. we requested to be moved but was not accommodated. very unhappy! wifi internet is ridiculous, we have to log in every few minutes esp. when you get idle. we will not come back there anymore.. the next time we are in manila on jan 3, we booked Marriott RWM.. super best! staying at Remington was such a big waste of money and time.

Review 50：Long check in process ( presumably to make check out easier so guess that's ok) towels were not changed the second day despite being left on shower floor, had to pay for tea and coffee etc, coffee cups plastic and one had a hole in it which leaked coffee everywhere, Although place appeared clean we all got rashes but mostly from dust not bed bugs thankfully, having to eat breakfast in another building and in a casino is odd and not child friendly there is ample space in lobby for a decent cafe so why not put one there?

Review 58：the breakfast service is not within the hotel, although it's free, it comes out expensive. If you are a coffee lover and likes more coffee in the morning you pay for the extra coffee. Not like most hotels, children has free breakfast, nope we have to pay for child's breakfast. It's difficult with kids in a different country because you don't know what they like to eat, so end up ordering more and of course you pay. if it's a buffet, there would be a variety of choices to choose from and your kids could taste the food without extra charge. The hotel used to have a lovely breakfast service last year when we were there but obviously it changed. It would be nice to include this in the hotel information that breakfast is not served in the hotel. The hotel accommodation prize is too expensive if you actually include all the extras you have to pay. It's like paying London rate hotel. Also, with all the new building work right next to the hotel, it's not healthy and safe to stay right outside the hotel.

Review 68：We occupied two (2) rooms, but one of the rooms' bathroom overflowed even if it was used only for a few minutes. The key cards were not functioning properly that we have to ask the assistance of the staff most of the time. In fact, we asked them to use our cards just to see how it works, but to no avail. It was so inconvenient to have the key cards checked several times with the front desk. Also, we had an early breakfast but it was so uncomfortable to walk from this hotel to the other hotel early in the morning as some of us had not taken a bath yet! It could have been better if the breakfast was served at its own lobby since its ambiance is great. However, I must admit, the food served to us during breakfast was great.

Review 69：We like its location as it is very accessible and the free shuttle to and from the airport provided to their guests. We're happy that they have vending machines in this hotel, you can buy drinks at anytime . The lobby is cozy and the staff are friendly.

Review 70：Other than the view from the room (had specifically asked for an airport view) and the comfort of the bed most things were bad. 1. They provide coffee making facilities but don't provide any complimentary coffee or tea and also no water 2. The breakfast is provided at the NYPD (New York Pinoy Deli) which is inside the casino and takes 5 minutes to get there as you have to ask for directions (least expected to be inside a casino) - crappy breakfast (it's another review and not about the this hotel)

Hotel no other service than the rooms themselves, even for breakfast you need to get *inside* the Casino (and dressing code applies). Forget about having breakfast in flip flops. Not even close to the airport, as it is on the other side of it, but you still get a 20 min travel time to the gates.

Air conditioning malfunctioned, moist was all over the floor but it was promptly fixed by the housekeeping/tech staff. Worst, breakfast was served at the Maxim's café which was a long walk from the hotel. They should educate the concierge regarding the shuttle service requirements to avoid hold offs at the station.

Review 90：Front desk was very helpful, we checked in very quickly. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. Breakfast was delicious (plated), though we were expecting a buffet like the previous year. Accessible to public transportation and the shuttle service was a plus point ( schedule is available at the hotel) Accessible to restaurants, fast foods and convenient stores.

Review 95：R bar in the hotel lobby staffs are unattentive and not welcoming. but the thing that bothers me is when we ordered and paid the bill, they didnt punch the order and didnt give the receipt. When i asked for the receipt, two staffs were whispering about it then took 10secs before they gave the receipt. I dont know if they are doing something thats not right or what. But i hope the mgt will take action on this.

Review 97：The breakfast isn't in the hotel. The hotel give you tickets and you have to walk across the road to the restaurant. The breakfast room is located in a casino which is a bit weird. Breakfast was ok, but not amazing!

Review 99：The hotel lobby looked marvellous but once we got into our room, it smelled like a combination of mold and sewage. On top of that the lobby was air conditioned while the floors of the the hotel rooms were not. The amenities were limited. They had a molded floor mat in the room. There was construction being done outside our window. Our view was disturbing extremely irritating.

Review 101：staff specially at Cafe maxims for the complimentary breakfast. We ordered other meals aside from the free one but the amount appears in the bill is totally different. We had to ask for a manager to correct it. They responded so slow and did not even bother to explain why they over charged us. We asked to take out some of the meals and when the staff went back they told us that they did not include the rice because it might get stale. They did it without any permission nor confirmation from us.

Air conditioning will not adjust up or down, no comfortable chair, shower too small if you bend over to pick up anything your butt will hit the wall hit your head on the wall. Registration is very disorganized. Lots of mosquitos in the elevator and rooM. Will only clean room every other day. Price was way too much for the room/service. Shower head was very dirty, no exhaust fan in the shower room

Review 105：Not so bad if you don't mind; there is a smoking floor that they could put you on if you check in late (there were a few other guests checking in after 11pm which were told this) The foyer area of this floor absolutly reeked of smoke - it was disgusting. They had tried to air out the room which resulted in our bedding being really damp with humidity which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also, very oddly, there is a kettle with cups and stirrers in the room but no tea or coffee?!?!?!

Hotel has a special shuttle to the airport but only to terminals 1,2,3. We had to take a taxi in order to get to terminal 4. We had a realy bad experience in Remington hotel and I wouldn't recommend staying there.

It's a shame coz the lobby is excellent you think it's a 4 star hotel but when You enter the room it's a1 star it's stinks. Even the phone smells God knows what they wipe it with. But location and breakfast is excellent!

Review 130：Shower room needs improvement! Body wash container fell on the floor- it was not hooked well on the wall. Drainage is too small- get clogged easily and water doesn't drain fast enough that makes it so "yucky" that your feet is soaked while showering! My pet peeve!!!!

Review 131：Contrary to Remington's services, Maxims who cater for the Remington's free breakfast needs major improvement on friendly customer service. We were basically ignored in the whole process and literally had to flag waiter/waitresses on every simple need from giving us the food menu, getting our orders, getting our bill, etc. Price is not worth the lousy service and would not want to go there ever again!

Review 133：I asked for early check in but the room will be available after 1 hour with the rate of 1 night. Waited until 11am to be checked-in. They said that they were fully booked the night before but when I got upstairs there were plenty of vacant rooms, maybe the guests checked out or they lied. Anyway, I was there for 1 night only.

We had to check out so early because of our early morning flight, the reception staff packed a take away breakfast - bread and juice. We truly appreciate their gesture. But when we arrived at the airport, we tasted the juice and it was spoiled.
