Review 1：Tired decor, could do with refurbishment. Not very special place to stay. Very steep stairs up to rooms, no elevator.

Review 2：Well located in the middle of Apledoorn town centre. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Review 3：There's no lift. Only a steep staircase. The clean towels for guests whose rooms couldnt be entered were places on the doormat just like that. When places in a nasket or plastic bag would have been more hygienic.

Review 7：One warning only: access to rooms is via a steep staircase, no lift, which could present difficulties to less able visitors. For us it was more than compensated for by the size and comfort of the room and extremely helpful staff.

Review 9：I would not deduct points for this as it's no big deal/I didn't book specifically wanting a view...but our room view was of the roof slope of a next door building. That was all we could see (we found it funny...but maybe some of you have preferences so I am pointing it out). There is a steep stairwell (although very wide) to the firs floor of rooms. If you are disabled you will have trouble with that. The double bed is typical european twin beds pushed together. This one had no connector, so the beds split apart the whole time - rather annoying. The blowdryer in the bathroom is one of those old ones that barely blows air. If you are picky, bring your own. It's a clean and comfortable hotel, but the price could have been a little less. Maybe they overcharge for their convenient location?

Review 10：The location is great - right in the center of Apeldoorn and near a lot of cafes. Our room was quite large (our friend's room was smaller, but still a very acceptable size). We were surprised by a giant bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. The room was comfortable and clean and even had a fan to use if it got too warm - nice touch! The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was so nice - they even offered us more coffee after breakfast had closed/while we were sitting and talking. I would certainly stay here again.

Review 11：Located in pedestrian area and took over half an hour to find due to one way system. Hotel recommended parking some distance away, so paid more for one nearby. No lift and VERY steep, VERY narrow stairs. Had to ask for help with luggage.

Review 39：The main problem was temperature in the bathroom. we pull the heating system to the maximum, but it still wasn´t enough. i think the main problem is, that there are old windows, which makes the room colder.

Review 40：We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Staff was really friendly and always helpful. We arrived a little bit later in the night because of our flight, but there was no problem. We had a cosy room for three, without breakfast, but there was a supermarket 30 metres from the hotel.

Review 41：Singer in bar below went on til after 12 and after a long day this wasn't good this happened on the Saturday which we wouldn't complain about it is the weekend,all quiet on the Sunday then boom the dutch Elvis,Tom Jones etc was back on the Monday same set as the Saturday and very loud nightmare.

Review 51：I stayed for 4 nights and it took me complaining to get by bin emptied. Very low hygiene standards overall. Poor menu ( Thai salad came drenched in mayonnaise!) Dark interior. I was expected to fry my eggs for breakfast, which of course I did not do.

Review 63：THE HOTEL IS ONE OF THE OLDER ONES IN THE CITY. DID NOT HAVE AIRCONDITONED ROOMS. BUT ROOMS WERE COOL IN EVENINGS WITH WINDOWS OPEN. THE ONE DRAW BACK IS THE STEEPNESS OF THE STAIRS FOR PERSONS WITH LEG PROBLEMS OR THE REAL ELDERLY.

Review 66：was stuck in the area following a meeting and had a flight back to uk the next day. I turned up 15min after booking on line and the staff welcomed me as if i had been there 100's of times, The manager , Laz , organised a member of her staff to go shops for bits and peices for me including tooth brush/paste and travel plug as i had not inteneded to be staying in Holland that night. The food was great and along with a couple of beers and limonchellos was exceptional value. I had to leave at 5am to get to the airport 100km away and they left me a list of train changes and packed breakfast. Will go back one day just for leisure and see the well mannered young team that Laz runs. Thanks and see ya soon , Ricardo

Review 67：The only downside to the whole place is the quality of the breakfast. The bread wasn't very nice and the selection was also not very good. I would still recommend the hotel, but I'd suggest getting your breakfast elsewhere.
