Review 1：Some staff very unhelpful I was told that there was no English TV channel in the hotel when in fact there was Buffett dinner at Bt400 was very expensive and boring and most dishes that should have been hot were cold Coffee Shop in the drive served excellent coffee and was run by two very nice ladies who were more than helpful which made up for the hotel staff

Review 27：Very old room and old facilities inside (I had stay at Deluxe Doubleroom), toilet is poor when I had arrived their only haft roll oftoilet paper. They have coffee in room bar but they're notprovide the water boiler. A lot of dust on bed and floor (maybe longtime no visitor).The big problem of this hotel which is there're very warm Air Condition in everywhere. I can't sleep at night because very warm and also during breakfast in the morning. Their breakfast is very poor too, bread is very hard and smelly. Pork is also smell bad. I saw one family (European) beside my table which they couldn't have their breakfast. This hotel is still have more facility as Chinese restaurant, Pizzeria and coffee shop which are not open. I just stay only 1 night from my booking for 4 night. I don't know how they've got 4 stars hotel... 2 starts is may not be enough.
