Review 1：Ensuite bathroom with no door - only a curtain for privacy, otherwise very adequate.
Review 2：Small family-run B&B with only 4 rooms, all downstairs. Comfortable bed, high quality linen and soft fluffy towels. Breakfast served under cover outside - lovely plate of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, breads, etc. Gluten free cereals and breads also available. Excellent wifi in the rooms, off-street parking under cover.
Review 3：Kay was super friendly and welcoming and we really felt like we could go to her if we needed her. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a most enjoyable stay & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kay & Beachhouse Bed and Breakfast.
Review 4：The room is very exquisite decoration. The history about Redcliffe and what can we do in Redcliffe was introduced very well, you can get the information in your room. So I saw the sunset and sunrise here, very beautiful coastline and peaceful Ocean.

Review 6：Kay was a sensation host. Bed so comfy I slept in instead of grabbing breakfast. Assorted books for you to ready which is great. Neighbour with black dog is lovely. Short walk to beach, perfect location!!

Review 11：The room was very comfortable, with great separate access. Hosts were very friendly e.g. providing umbrellas so we could walk in the rain, and the place had lots of space to share, access to a kitchenette, a light breakfast out the back and plenty of parking space. No steps made it easy for my mother. The only downside was that I'd prefer the toilet/shower to be properly separated from the bedroom area, rather than just a shower curtain - it lacked privacy. Hosts very helpful and relaxed.

Review 14：Friendliness of staff, Kay met us at the door and gave us a detailed intro to our rooms. Dietary needs well catered for. This was the cleanest and most comfortable B & B I have stayed in.
Review 15：The place was in a great location close to the water and walking paths. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy with tea and coffee provided. The owners were really pleasant and accommodating as my friend was lactose and gluten intolerant and she was provided with lactose free milk and gluten free bread for breakfast. Lovely place and will definitely return.

Review 19：The room was surprisingly noisy, from a room above. Sounded as though there were renovations going on, furniture scraping across the floor etc. It may just have been that we were tired after driving, but sleep took quite a while coming.

Review 27：This was a lovely place to stay. The welcome and friendliness of a B & B with the privacy of a motel. Kaye, the owner was very helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was included in the price and we loved Kaye's homemade muesli. Our stay was comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. We came for business and stayed for the weekend. A lovely experience for the traveler who does not want the sterility of your modern hotel but wants somewhere warm and friendly to come back to.
