Review 1：sound insulation needed between kitchen and room next to it. I also would prefer to have the bathroom ceiling closed off towards the room for privacy reasons.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful owner, wonderful, secluded location about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Great breakfast. Every room is a little different. This guesthouse was build with a great sense for design. Sparkling clean. Kitchen use possible. Felt like a home away from home.
