Review 1：A great motel with well appointed rooms. Although the room was small it was delightfully decorated with a small kitchenette with a ceramic hobb, fridge etc. Would definitely recommend.

Review 3：We had a wonderful time is this fantastic accomodation.The apartment was clean and spacious it had all the kitchen facilities one could need.The staff were friendly and helpful,they printed our ferry tickets for us.we ate locally in Brew'd recommended by the Boulcott and had a lovely meal.We would recommend this place and would stay there again as it was faultless.

Review 4：Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We checked in at 2pm and the cleaners had only just started in the room!!! We then got moved, to a darker room!

Review 5：It stated when booking that it was only a short distance to where we had to go but in fact it was a 20 min drive not the 1.9k stated

Review 7：The rooms were exceptionally clean, upscale for price and well-appointed, extremely comfortable and well equipped. There were cold beverages and snacks available in the rooms for purchase. Spacious, modern shower and kitchenette.

Review 8：Spacious, scrupulously clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well equipped and maintained units. Plan to stay there again on our way north. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable.

Review 18：Excellent service. It was clean, comfortable, with awesome facilities provided throughout. Its location close to the hospital where we had an appointment was an added bonus. We appreciated being able to leave our car while we walked to the hospital. Being close to a great restaurant and a cafe was also excellent.

Review 21：Hi there Our most favourite was your soft cushioned beds, especiallywith myself having a lower back pain, I did not feel any pain at allduring my stay. My sister, my son & my daughter-in-law kept lookingover & over how the rooms, hallway, the french vanilla smell &how it is so clean! We think it is more than a 5 star plus. A slightproblem with key card for room 17 & received awesome service thesame night I didn't have to wait that long to get another new keycard. Perfect location, hospital at one end, Pak n Sav, city centreplus our Les Mills gym. I think it was the neighbour's cat meaowingearly Saturday morning, so that was a good alarm to wake us up toprepare ourselves for the day. The colours - greens & beige/browns - nice kind of warm earth colours & very nice pieces ofthe metal artwork on the walls in the hallway. At least we got to watchthe 1st half of the ABs vs France game on Sunday morning before weleft. Thank you : )

Review 30：The only comment I would make is that the bed could do with a topper pad or something like that. The matress was good and firm but the top was lacking in a little comfort for old bones. There was a bit of noise from the adjoining unit - some people are very noisy early in the morning! Otherwise, it was quite quiet and well insulated

Review 40：The room we were in was the disabled room. Shower floor wasn't sloped enough so huge puddles formed. The benches were hard to use for my 6ft4 partner. Most other places list the disabled room as seperate so would've been nice to have known when confirmation was sent a few days before we arrived so I could request something more suitable.

Review 49：We are a bunch of Polynesian women who escaped from the busy Auckland City life for some downtime in Windy Wellington! At this motel we talked into the early mornings and laughed like hyenas! This place was sound proof and really comfortable, we didn't receive any angry knocks at the door or complaints the next morning! The beds were amazing, one of the girls is carrying so she absolutely loved the beds! The kitchen facilities was awesome and just made everything homely for us! Wifi connection was a bonus and the location of this motel is in a lovely quiet area! Close to the mall, shops -everything was near us! We used the laundry facilities and felt safe!

Review 50：The only downside for us was the bed was to hard I realize it is hard to please everybody when it comes to beds but unfortunately it was a little to hard for our comfort.

Review 51：My wife and I stayed a couple of nights over Easter. Frome the moment we arrived we were impressed. The staff were wonderful We stayed in a t rather flash studio unit. Excellent range of facilities, clean and spotless nice and quiet, What more can I say. Will definitely stay here again.

Review 68：The pillows need changing, one could smell the odour of the pillows and the sweat from previous users. The bath room was too pokey; it was just too small. The chairs were facing away from the TV. Of course one could rearrange these but just noticed that they are facing the door not the TV.

Review 69：The room was good, it was clean and the ambient was great. The cooking facility appear great although we did not use it. The room was well lit, appliances, TV included were in good working conditions. The bed was good. The room has a sense of real privacy and that was very good.

Review 70：Lack of parking space near the room. Most motels have some form of 'filtered' light either from under the door or an outside light. However, nightly visits to the toilet had to be navigated in total darkness

Review 78：Top customer service provided by Susan and Bryan. Quiet location near town centre. Bed is not firm enough for me but good quality and would suit most people. Rooms are very well insulated. Even though a noisy customer can still ruin it. Bryan offered us another room without extra charge. Next time we travel to Wellington we will stay there again.

Review 81：400 mb wifi limit. I just don't be under pressure to stay within the limits, even if I most likely will not use it up to the max. Windows-, antivirus- and other software updates may quickly eat it up without me knowing and then I'd have to ring the reception at night to get it extended. Most motels in NZ don't limit traffic, except those in big cities (no idea why).

Review 83：Don't be taken in by its unpretentious unspoilt outward appearance. Boulcott is a gem inside - clean, quiet and modern. A spacious haven of a hideaway though right in the heart of the Lower Hutt urban attractions - Petone restaurants with its speciality shops, Westfield mall, cinemas, Harbour and Hutt River walks, Eastbourne cafes and cruises, non stop bus and rail amenities. All just minutes away. A wonderful retreat if you just want to rest and read. We loved it.

Review 84：Wifi - very limited number of MB. Had to keep asking to reset it and download speed was slow. Might be better to install a better wifi service and charge customers? A desk would have been useful for me to work at. The table provided is OK for eating at but impractically small for desk work with a laptop.
