Review 1：Some things like towels and lotions seemed to disappear from my room during my stay and they attempted to charge me for them when I checked out. I told them someone may have taken them but it wasn't me. They seemed to be aware of the problem.
Review 2：I found the staff hard to get along with but the hotel is fine and easy to get to on public transportation. The hotel is actually across the street from the Caspian Sea. Also it is close to the ferry terminal for crossing the sea to Baku. In fact you can go right to the door of the ferry passenger terminal on bus #4 which stops just a few blocks from the hotel. Make sure you are able to pay the entire bill in Kazak currency the minute you arrive at the hotel, no matter what time of the night you arrive. In uzbekistan you can pay at the end of your stay. Things seem to be a lot more regimented at this hotel.
Review 3：At nigth, the hotel front side and indoors are not sufficiently illuminated. Moreover, breakfast is too simple, need improvements.
Review 4：Its a cheap and good hotel. It's clean and has decent installations, but Location is far from city centre, however, near the Caspian Sea and the beach. You can enjoy a swim and walk around the beautiful beach. Moreover, taxis are very cheap in Aktau.
Review 5：When I booked a room, I had an email from booking.com that my standard room is booked, but when I arrived to the hotel they said that there's no standard room available and I have to stay at VIP room which was 50% more expensive than the standard one. Unfortunately it wasn't VIP, it was RIP.
