Review 1：Its near the Caspian without any of the advantages like a beach. Located in area with a hodgepodge of industrial, residential buildings, and empty lots of land with piles of dirt..

Review 3：After 22.00 they do not serve any kind of food and this is not acceptable for a business hotel. At least they should be able to provide sandwiches and light meals in the bar all around the clock, especially taking into account that there are no restaurants neither cafes in the area nearby. The coffee at the bar is simply awful: they should put more care in the choice of coffee and tea.

Review 4：The hotel is well designed, well managed in tha typical Chagala standard. Good restaurant and kind and supportive personnel. I definitely like this place.

Review 6：Well furnished rooms with a little kitchen and all necessary utensils, clean, comfortable bed. Not far from Aktau centre, close to the beach, and with a nice sea view if you get a room with the windows to the front of the building. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a nice experience.

Review 9：There was not much to do right next to the hotel, the surrounding was under construction still (deserted?), sea front was not maintained...Nevertheless, the hotel was just 1,5-2km from the city center and Aktau's best pubs. All the city's tap water is coming from nuclear desalination plant.

Review 10：Probably the best accommodation you can get in Aktau, its clean. Reasonably priced. The rooms were large, with cozy bed and equipped with your own kitchen corner, more like an appartment. The furniture not worn down...

Review 27：Odd location. It is 4-5 kms from city center and the area gets a littlequiet during the night time with very few public transport options(forcing you to take a cab).
