Review 1：night shift reception does not speak English and has no idea what is his job. cleaning and service on the cheap, very expensive for the service

Review 3：The staff was not able to provide an iron. English language was a problem pretty often. It's not a hotel, it's more a rental flat. Strange 'Halloween sounds' in late evenings. Poor internet and TV in the room. Could be cheaper.
Review 4：Always clean bed. Everyday new towels and drinking water. Breakfasts in the room were good but almost all the same. Upon first claim, the shower and sink were repared. Silent and shady side. Good curtains and air conditioning. Convinient for those who came for an exhibition at IMPACT expo center, which is 2+ km away and costs by taxi 50-60 bhat. Nearby shops, message salons. Compared to downtown hotels, it's fresh air and promenade opportunities around the lake. Big living space. Safe area. They don't charge you untill you check out. Credit card worked well. Especially helpful was Alex at the reception.
Review 5：The staff was nice enough but should be trained before opening the hotel and accepting guests. They weren't really sure what was going on and could use some customer service training as well. There wasn't a hair dryer and it was a bit pricey for the location.
