Review 10：I have deal with the staff for a month for my husband birthday surprise, and pay extra RM200 for the cake amd setup. But what i received is just a simple sponge cake! Which is i can buy from any bakery for only RM20!!!! I am staying there just for the birthday suprise, but the staff ruin eveything, i have deal with the duty manager to give my present with the cake( served in a good way without the plastic bag, and cake not in the box) but, the cheap sponge cake was given still in the box, and i dont received my husband present with the cake! I have to call the reception about 20 times, to sent my present, i have pack the present in the black plastic, and i assumed the present sent with a good served(without the black plastic because i already remind the duty manager on 27th evening to open the plastic bag) but i am wrong, the present sent to my room 30minutes after the cake, with the black plastic bag !!! I am so dissatisfied because i have pay extra for all the setup and surprise! I have deal like a month with your staff, (ms yoges) but end up evrything not as smooth as i plan! So dissatisfied!!

Review 11：No iron provided in the room, have to make a trip to Level 6 for ironing room. Lift services is like forever. Wet visitor from the pool and the beach using the same access lift. Not convenient, lift is slow and wet most of the time. Curtain, bedsheet is dirty. Toilet bowl is dirty as well.

Review 22：I booked a non-smoking room specifically because of my young son's allergy condition. My credit card was charged for the full amount of the booking 3 days before I arrived but was given a room on the smoking floor instead, and I wasn't even informed of the unavailability of a non-smoking room before my card was charged. I had to make a lot of unhappy complains to the manager before he managed to do some room swapping to provide me with a non-smoking room...although with additional charges.

Breakfast is poor, and staff service is terrible. The room didn't do well maintainance, aircond doesn't work at first day. Call maintainance to fix it. And collect deposit when check-in didn't notify customer there is a local gourvement services charge, until check out only said there is a charges.

The hotel old, the breakfast is very bad. I'm never coming back to this hotel. The cushions are stained and very old. Before we leave, look under the beds to see if you were forgetting something, we found several things of past guests, like sunglasses, and a lot of rubbish, of course it's not clean the room for a long time. The elevator was with holes in the ground, causing the risk of someone falling, and an elevator was broken.

Review 106：The water was constantly hot regardless of how they were trying to fix it, preventing us from even having decent shower. Technicians wore work shoes when they came in to our room for inspection and left dirty marks all over the toilet floor, and that was really unpleasant. Food tray was found left at the walkway overnight and that was something the hotel staff should have paid attention to.

Review 110：Only when come to payment when I book the hotel the it stated pay while you check out, but Instead the don't not accept payment at counter, they said they had already charge to my credit card, And also they took 100 deposit, which I could understand it, but during my check out they took another 6 ringgit out of that deposit which I don't think is correct they claim it as state tax. we are pay all the GST and service charger on top of that they still collect it from it clients, You as the booking agent should had stated that on the website. Instead we as client had to ask them why, this is annoying after a good stay there.

Review 114：Firstly,the Internet access is really very very poor. This require to be upgraded unlike what I experienced with other beach hotels in Penang. Secondly, the breakfast food (compulsory in your package booking) are the same for the whole week and don't you think you should look at various local hawker food Penang famous for to add on. Thirdly, the three lifts that catered for high occupancy have failed. This should be checked in good working condition before the peak period . On our stay we also could see many indian tourist on leisure at the hotel about 300 of them , it was a bit noise created by this group .

Review 115：Spacious room, friendly staffs, strategic location for leisure and relax. Satisfied with everything except the water pressure was quite low, the flow of water from the tap too slow when shower and hair wash . The bathroom and furniture in the room are looking a little tired .

Review 116：- The button outside and inside the lift needs a quick fix as certain level the button can't be pressed and the door keeps opening once closed thus make it slow to proceed to next level.- The wifi coverage and accessibility is VERY POOR even though after following the instruction on the card given. Please do something with this, as this is 4 star rated hotel. - While the house keeping personnel is doing a good job in tidying our room, we found that several issue such as the mattress is not being replaced with a new one even though we do put the label on our mattress and the mattress is not in good quality. - There is a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel which result in one of our booking is being cancelled, and the reason available is due to credit card decline which is totally not true as I checked twice with the card issuer there is no charge made on the date stipulated in terms and conditions, so why put the blame on the customer as miscommunication between the provider and the hotel shows a mismanagement and poor governance!. -Unsatisfied with the parking space provided.
