Review 1：Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, with waves crashing on the rocks below the balcony and a splendid view of St Barths in the distance. Edgar is a kind host who really goes the extra mile - arranged a car rental and gave all kinds of useful information on St Maarten. Can definitely recommend staying here.

Review 2：parking was on road edge. our unit did not have ac, very uncomfortable, just a bedroom wall unit. no tv or radio, freezer did not work. Owner operator has other units we looked at after check out and would recommend you contact him and make sure what you are renting is to your liking.
