Review 1：Breakfast wasn't really to my taste.

Review 2：Location is good. Room was very big. Not the most modern hotel but you get what you pay for - definitely value for money if you don't need anything flash.

Review 3：Presence of cocroahes, door to balcony was lock n cant appreciate the beauty around, no kettle that cant drink coffee if I want to, window type AC was so noisy, no sleepers and less amount of beeakpas being serve.

Review 5：The website booking.com showed a different set of photographs of the rooms so what we had was not up to standard. Breakfast was not served on time & we even received a note saying that when they tried to deliver the food, we were not in the room when in actual fact we were, food was delayed nearly an hour. Food was also served cold. Kitchen amenities were very incomplete. Light bulbs were not in working order & when we asked for the bulbs to be replaced, they only transferred the working one to the non-working one. Shower door in the master's bedroom would not open properly. Upon check-out, the reception said I handed them old notes for the deposit when I didn't even have old notes with me at all.

Review 8：Other than its location, to me this place is overrated, deceivingly good on photos but facilities are not impressive. Air-conditioning is rather odd, no bath tubs, one wifi user at a time, the use of swimming pool is for resident guest only. Value for money is shortchanged. I can understand people pay crapy accommodations in Paris because it's Paris. Manila, nah not worth.

Specially even after telling her that I have a 3 year old toddler and 73 year old mother who inconveniently waited outside the room while waiting for their room attendant to check the room as we left. She could have gone out of her box and be more flexible to make the customers more convenient, specially for a toddler and a senior citizen :(

Review 21：the aircon in the bedroom is old and broken. the sheets on the bed looked unwashed or was never replaced after the last occupant. The bed though is very comfortable, good thing i always bring my own sheets and blankets for my kids. the microwave is dirty and the rice cooker is worn too so we didnt use all of it. there's a big cockroach in the bathroom sink. the breakfast served was garlic longganisa with egg and half-cup rice, which according to my daughter (who happens to be a very picky eater) is just okay. the dining table has 2 chairs only and since we are four, the other 2 ate at the couch. we stayed at room 2312.

Review 22：i liked that it is just right across greenbelt mall, taxis are not a problem to get. there are 2 24-hr groceries just outside the building. the room is big which is very good for a family of four. the bath has hot/cold shower.

Review 23：I booked an Executive Double Room with one bed but the moment I checked in, me and my husband were given a room with 2 Twin beds. I wasn't sure what kind of room that was but it was totally far from my expectations as it does not resemble the photos they have on the site. When I inquired, I was told it was what I was booked for. But when I mentioned that what I have on my printed booking confirmation is an Executive Double Room with One Double Bed, and that there should be a difference in what I paid for if we are to stay in that current room, that's about the time they said they will change my room. An hour later, they said I was given an "upgrade" and finally, got the room that I initially booked.

Review 24：I liked that it was in a very convenient location - just in front of Greenbelt 5 plaza. The mall/plaza is literally across the street. If you choose to enjoy the night life, there are establishments near the vicinity or within the plaza itself. The room is very clean. Every time we leave with the sign up to make our room, we come back with new and fresh sheets, towels and utencils. The free breakfast was okay although they weren't really breakfast-type of food. Other than that, we had a pretty good and comfortable stay.

Review 26：Amazingly Spacious room on the 10th floor for my 2 kids. The room we were in ( family of 4) can actually accommodate 5 adults. Hotel is very very near to Greenbelt. Staff are friendly and helpful attending us.

Review 29：The pre set breakfast, the staff who looks unhappy, above all, the cockroach all over the place, especially the kitchen and bathroom, it even crawled on my baby's feeding bottle! no point of asking to be transferred to another room coz im sure they're all the same. Seems like the whole building is infested! We stayed for 3 nights and was even thinking of extending but its just ridiculous! Well, i guess, you get what you paid for.

Review 35：I had a change of rooms 3 times. The facility is awful with roach infestation, non working air conditioner, and bed bugs. Staff refuses to allow use of the pool or gym. After requesting to make a formal police complaint , the pool was allowed to be used. The gym was all broken equipment. No cooking utensils available in the condo. The worse place I ever stayed at in my entire life. Avoid this place at all costs.

Theres a 24 hours 7-11 and a laundry shop. Theres a microwave, fridge, kettle and safety box inside and most of all have window.The breakfast is ok, they serve it inside your room base oj your requested time.The price is ok.

Review 54：When i was closing the bills at 4AM on Sunday morning, the front desk staff was a little bit too slow. I may say he must still have more training, or maybe he was just a trainee left all alone to do the job. It took him over 5 minutes to check me out.

Review 56：The aircon was spewing ice! Wooden (parquet) floor hasn't been waxednor polished in at least a year - so worn out and dull. This isimportant because dust clings more easily to dirty floors. Living roomand dining room sets badly need shampooing or reupholstery but bed iscomfortable.

Review 57：You're across the most uppity mall in Manila so the hotel is a stealat 1/4-1/2 the price of other hotels. Breakfast is brought toyour room. Other apartment hotels don't have breakfast, much lessroom delivery. And the room is huge so you don't feel cramped. Thenagain, you're in a ritzy part of Manila so why stay indoors when youcan go out, shop, and have a great time!

Review 58：I asked for halal, they served me pork on my first day. If the staff didnt know halal, they could have recommended vegetarian option (which I had to ask after the incident). Also, the rooms had small cockroaches, especially the bathroom.

Review 66：The staffers ignored us for the first 10 minutes that we were at the reception despite the fact that there were four of them (2 of them were just talking to each other) and only one was doing something. They were a bit rude as receptionists. They should be more courteous.

Review 69：The property is clean. However, it needs refurbishment. The furniture and rooms are dated. Nobody bothered to inform me that the procerty's front/facade was undergoing some improvement. Hence the 'name' of the property was not visible and it took time for us to find it. The staff who was at the foyer was rude and unhelpful when I asked him to confirm if that was the property i was looking for.

Review 98：Our stay with BSA Tower is really bad! We had a late check in due to unavailability of room, we have to wait for more than an hour to check in. During our second night we were moved in to another room due to a severe leak in one of the rooms. The unit we were transfered had very old furnitures and refrigerator. No AC in the living room. The towels are disgusting. The breakfast is bad. With all the mess that we had experienced Its really not worth my money. I actually demand that I'll be refunded with all the inconveniences that we had during our stay with BSA tower.

Line es and towels are so paper thin they are pointless. Furniture outdated and dirty. The tower just rents out units owed by individuals. The rooms can go from a nice remodel to a dump that hasn't been taken care of in years.

Review 134：I have booked 3 nights, for 2 units of 2 bedroom apartment and 1 unit of studio. Upon check in, the staff informed me that they had zero 2 bedroom apartment available and they were so kind to 'upgrade' us with all 1 bedroom apartment. They 'claimed' they sent me an email the night before my arrival date but i never received any! This was not working well as i was travelling with 2 kids under 12yrs old and a baby! Ended up I need to cancel one room and added 2 extra beds to 2 of the rooms. Secondly, rooms are old! The aircond in one of the room was not working properly. Made a complaint, someone came and nothing seemed fix. The breakfast was way beyond imagination. I would rather not take the breakfast if i know how bad it was gonna be. You can find better restaurants down the street! Don't even think of using the toiletries especially towel. Bring your own! Well, if they had informed me earlier on the rooms availability, i would cancel my booking and choose another hotel! We did however cancel our last night stay here as it was too unbearable!

Review 135：No kettle in the room. Hot water in the shower sort of ran out after a few minutes.

This is a security issue that will compromise traveler's credit card. BEWARE.

Review 141：The breakfast is not good enough. the sausage was too tough, eggs was very well done, the fruits was already too riped. We have seen insects crawling inside the cabinets with the china plates, and cutleries. Hygiene was too poor. Our stay could have been much better if the staff were friendly. But it seems they have long faces and the front desk staff they just chat and chat and chat. I hope the management can look into this matter.
