Review 1：Shower leaked (in both rooms I had) resulting in a very wet bathroom floor. Booked for 3 people but only had 2 double beds (all guys, so 2 of us had to share a bed). Breakfast says included but thats only coffee and cornflakes - it costs 65 peso extra pp/per day for the full breakfast.

Review 34：The traffic! Our hotel room was on the traffic side of the hotel and it was loud. If your OK to wake up at 5:30 every morning then your OK because that's when rush hour traffic would st art and it was very loud. The wi fi never worked in our room but We had access to the hotel computers and my tablet worked in the lobby of the hotel.

Review 35：The staff get an a plus. When things broke down they were willing and quick to rectify the problem. Kitchen was great but I would have preferred a toaster oven instead of a microwave. Location was central to many places. I thought the value for what we paid was good considering we had a suite and could eat meals indoors.

Water temp varied every 15 sec. from Luke warm to cold and the bathroom was covered in spit and ???Gross to say the least...Pretty much a brothel type dive or a prison cell, sums this place up. I would expect more out of my $150 a night. Also, remember when you see the price of less than $80 a night, you can bank on doubling that after the Gringo rate hike and taxes once you are there. Look elsewhere, nothing good to say about it.

Review 58：i had requested a so-called suite with kitchen facilities but discovered that the kitchen facilities were minimal - a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, two large plates, two smaller plates, two cups, two sets of cutlery and a pair of tongs, making it very difficult to do more than just heat up ramen or make a plate of nachos. (Those two menu items were also about the only things available at the nearby OXXO convenience store.) Aside from that, my room was located on a "main drag" with traffic from 5:00 a.m. till after midnight. I requested a quieter room and ended up in a small, kitchenless room where I could leave the window open at night, so I was happy until the last night of my stay - a Friday night - when music from a nearby restaurant woke me up at 3:20 a.m., and I wasn't able to get back to sleep. I suppose if I'd simply had the air conditioner on, its white noise might gave masked the sound.

Review 69：Little bugs were all over my computer. When told girl at front desk, she said to me "Yes, this is a problem" I asked for them to spray my room with bug spray. A gentleman came by my room and said he would return to fix problem but he never came back. I learned that by shutting off my computer when not in use kept the bugs at bay. Pool not very well taken care of. Needed to skim the surface of the water. Would choose another hotel next time. Room not as nice as the pictures show. Old and in need of renovation. Never had anything more than a luke warm shower. Tried all time of day to shower but no luck for even warm water. It sure woke you up or cooled you down in a hurry if you had come in from outside. Only two super large towels per room. No hand towels or faceclothes to be had in 5 days.
