Review 1：Payment was a little messy, where my MasterCard was swiped through three separate POS machines before one would accept it. Nothing untoward; but perhaps the staff should be better informed about which of their terminals will accept foreign cards as there aren't any money exchanges nearby and the closest ATM was out of cash (which is not atypical of ATMs in Aktau, from what I observed).

Review 2：This hotel is on what might be considered the edge of the centre of Aktau, but being that it's a small town it's not all that far to walk in (15 minutes). One of the advantages of its location is that it's nice and quiet at night, with comfy beds, so you're guaranteed to get a good night's sleep! The staff are really helpful; and despite some of them using Google Translate to mediate their responses in English they will go above and beyond to help you. The breakfast here is fantastic, with eggs and pancakes made to order; along with a variety of pastries and tea or coffee.

Review 4：Great little place. Staff were friendly and coped with me changing my booking. It's a little dated and a little musty - but out here that's what you get for the money. My room was big, there was hot water and decent wifi - so really what else can you ask for.

Review 5：we stayed only for 2 days, the only thing we wished for is to have a bathrobe and having some kind of bathroom rug as it was slippery.

Review 7：Literally no internet. The vantilator on the ceiling can not be stopped. For 2 days I had to deal with its noise and cold air it pumps! I slept with earphones because of noise Staff can't speak english. They don't give the iron, you have go to a room for ironing. The housekeeping lady jumped in to my room as i opened the door to ask something. She was controlling the minibar when i was telling her to go out.

Review 11：No major complaints, maybe just a small tip: it would be nice, if the hotel could provide several bicycles to guests, as the nearest bike rental is 6 km away working only in the evening.

Review 12：We have been to Aktau for three days enjoying the sun. The hotel was very clean, staff at the reception was extremely helpful, especially Alexander, thanks! They did their best to arrange a trip to Karagiye and provided load of information. There is a pool and a fitness, thumbs up! Breakfast was rich and tasty, serving also espresso (which is not usual at Caspian Sea). The room was large enough for two, air condition worked as should. There is a partial sea view from the 4th floor ;) Oh, and I really enjoyed the beautiful photos of Mangystau region at the hallways.

Review 13：I ve booked a standard room there through booking.com, 5 hours prior to my arrival to the hotel. the website stated that there were 3 rooms available. upon my arrival to the hotel at 5 am, the reception lady said that they don't have any standard rooms available. her big mistake was to offer me to stay in a dirty room, which hasn't been cleaned after previous guests had left. eventually, she has offered me a de-luxe suite for the price of a standard room.

Review 15：Not that is was a big issue since we were outside 90% of our trip, but the TV could have been a little bigger, maybe try investing in softer towels, add another WiFi router on each level to have better coverage on each floor.

Review 16：The beach was just a twenty minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, so you don't have to cross town to get a decent meal. The staff tried to help as best as they could when they did.
