Review 1：The staff were excellent except at the restaurant on the last morning. We had stopped at the desk to checkout before going in for breakfast which we believed finished at 10am. We went to the restaurant and were not able to have our breakfast, which We had paid for, because it was 9.31 and breakfast finished at 9.30. Definitely left a sour taste in the mouth after everything else was great.

Review 2：The room was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful meal in the restaurant on the Saturday night. Breakfast was great and had a wonderful selection on the buffet.

Review 3：Bar fridge hadn't been checked (found leftover half empty water bottle) and we did run out of toilet paper, but this was promptly corrected!

Review 4：Customer service of all staff, they actually acknowledged us during a busy checkin period, a standard lost with many customer service transactions. Room service staff pleasant, room comfortable with everything working! Balcony clean! Loved the space of the family room, hard to get family accommodation with older teenage children as most hotels force you to book two rooms, for this reason alone, we loved it and price was reasonable. Danny on front counter should be cloned!

We ordered the roast of the day (Roast beef) which was tough inediable topside not what I call roast beef just a cheaper cut $25 each.My husband did complain and they only charged for one (only after he insisted)the meal was disappointing. Our bed on the second day looked like it had just had the covers pulled up It was very badly made up.Not a good standard the bottom sheet looked like it had not been touched wrinkled all over not impressed.

Review 18：- I had booked a deluxe queen room. Upon arrival I was told that I got a free upgrade to executive king room. But the room was an absolute downgrade from my initial booking: very small, smelly, saggy mattress, one bed side table missing, small windows and more. I was not expecting such welcome from 4 and half star hotel. However when I returned to the night shift staff and described the situation, my room was changed to a better one. -Breakfast was not great and was not worth it.

The cleaner had basically made up the room in a rush. Informed manager who received the complaint well and offered to change the room...got into bed an hour late than planned. Disappointed that they didnt bother offering a complimentary drink that night or breakfast next morning as an apology.

We enjoyed our stay here.. didn't really use facilities to dine etc...did find that little things were forgotten when the room was done. eg facecloths, hot chocolate sachets..and the bed was 'pulled up' not made :(

Review 72：For the price I paid for this motel I was not impressed to find That this motel is not suited for people with disabilities as there are no elevators on one side of the motel. Also I was dispointed to find empty wine bottles on my veranda.

One of our party wished to change their superior king room to one night only and changing that was easy through booking.com. So they ripped us off.

Review 82：I did not like the staff. They were not very friendly and everything was too much trouble. It was not good value for the money I paid. My daughter fell ill whilst we were there at around 11pm nothing was open I rang the front desk to see if they had some Panadol they said they didn't but the servo down the road might ha e. As I'm a single mum I wasnt able to leave two young girls alone in the room so we ended up going to the local hospital., where my daughter was admitted. I would have appreciated some help from the hotel staff in this emergency but I didn't get any.

The temperature of the a/c unit could notbe adjusted because the remote did not work. On checking out they wantedto charge us 1.5 % Credit card fee. I refused to pay this and theyremoved the fee. At no time were we told of a card fee on credit cardpayment on the total bill. This is very poor considering we spent nearly$900.00 for 2 nights accommodation and meals and incidentals.

Review 127：I was upgraded (?) to a room without a bath - my original booking had a bath. The lighting in the restaurant was very bright - would prefer a bit dimmer. Breakfast was included theoretically - but required further payment for a hot breakfast - I find this a bit annoying.
