Review 1：I had too high expectations and did not treat the place just as a place to sleep, but as a place to enjoy holidays. Unfortunately it is managed in other way and very clearly just to make money, not to make somebody’s life nicer.

Review 2：The location is just fine with different ski resorts on the reachable distance and Besenova paradise with hot springs within 10 minutes distance.

Review 3：We stayed for 3 nights there, and as per normal hoped that the room would be cleaned properly every morning. But that was not the case: the first day the towels were not changed despite them being on the floor (as a sign that they needed to be changed), and the second day the room was not cleaned at all as the reception for some reason saw in their system that we were booked for 2 nights (and not 3 as the original booking stated). When we came back in the evening from a day trip we were harshly asked why we hadn't checked out earlier in the day. And it took the reception about 20 mins to sort it all out.

Review 12：No elevator. Be readycto carry your luggage up the stairs. Avoid room next the stairwell - Those rooms are noisy! Maintenance bit poor – Had broken mirror and cracked sink in our room. Receptions knew about it but did not seem to be bothered nor apologized for that. All in all – Got noisy room (next the stairwell) with broken mirror and cracked sink. How fun could it be…

Review 13：Bit above average level in compare with other accommodation around. Cost above average as well. In-house fitness activities. Place is nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is good. Early check-in accepted.

Review 14：The Penzion was situated very close to Thermalpark Gino Paradise Bešeňová. Near the guest house was shop and also pizzeria. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Review 15：Don't try to return for dinner, after check-out - stuff was just sitting around the table at the restaurant, chatting and paying zero attention to us.

Review 16：perfect location - aqua park Gino Paradise Bešenova was very near, good and tasty breakfast, however at 10:00 doors for breakfast room closes, clean rooms, interesting staff - 50% very polite and friendly, 50% - not paying attention at all.

Review 17：Poor heating of the room as in communist times, it was often turned offovernight even the outdoor temperature was dropping to -10 °c or lower.So called "New Years Eve party" was disappointing, foodmediocre, music obsolete and too loud, like we were to a retirementparty. Lack of non-slippery material in the parking place.

Review 19：New Years Eve party - we decided to stay in the hotel for the party and were disappointed by the music. Food was very good, but music played by local DJ was terrible. (lack of moden / top songs, poor laud speakers). It would be better if the music had been played directly from the radio.
