Review 2:It lives up to its name, Aleluia,as if we're in heaven in the company of caring hotel owners and staff; and very good location, with the Fatima shrine bells like music to our ears. We have very good rooms or suite.
Review 3:Déserts limited to 1 per person. Breakfast not enough choice.
Review 4:The directors are very welcoming - Make you feel at home. Ideal location to the sanctuary on the other side of the road. Rede Expressos station 1 minute walk from hôtel and other attractions and shops are at walking distance. Good value for money lunch/dinner buffet incluant wine and soft drinks.
Review 5:Breakfast was delicious and more than worth the money (only 5E) and 1/2 price for kids; Antonio was so happy and full of useful information. Prices are too low for the value of this hotel, the least expensive and one of the nicest of our whole trip. Parking so easy for free. Great location right across basilica. Roomy for 4 people. Great experience!
Review 6:tony and crew were very welcoming and it felt like a second home. My mother loved the location and she said it was very cosy. we only discovered the buffet at the end of our stay but it is highly recommended. much love to everyone there and hopefully we will visit again soon.
Review 7:there is no refrigerator in the room. Really good dinner but poor breakfast.
Review 8:Everything was clean and new. The location is perfect. the price is awesome!
Review 9:Breakfast was typical low key event with cereal, toast, fruit and bread. An omelette station or waffles would be a special treat but not a deal breaker in my book for the value of the rooms.
Review 10:The hotel is in a great location to allow travelers to explore Fatima and many of the central villages and cities of historic Portugal. The Staff is five star service, kind and gracious. We traveled with 3 kids under 12 and the accommodations for sleep were excellent. It didn't matter that there was no pool. Lots to see outside of hotel.
Review 11:The bed cover should be clean for the new incoming guest. The wifi is not stable
Review 12:The location and the price is superb. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. Their smiling faces make us feel very good.
Review 13:The room needed a few light bulbs to be changed.
Review 14:The location to the shrine was excellent. We enjoyed hearing the music from the Basicila in the evening.
Review 15:This hotel will satisfy the most demanding guests.
Review 16:Great Hotel. About 250 M. (600 yd) from the Central Bus Station. Acrossthe street is the Basilica and other great attractions. Surrounded byhundreds (if not thousands) religious souvenir shops. Super clean roomswith balconies (the only authorized place for smokers). Very cleanbathrooms with shower magnified. An excellent and very tasty buffetbreakfast, lunch and dinner. Co-owner Tony is doing everything to makeyour stay a long time to remember. The hotel has a video on YouTube(Aleluia Fatima). I would definitely return.WSPANIAŁY Hotel. Julian/USA
Review 17:No big issues, just the TV is still not flat one and too small.
Review 18:Hotel place is just next the Fatima sanctuary, delicious lunch and dinner in buffet with reasonable prices, large private parking area (free), biggest public parking area just in front of the hotel, the owners and the staffs are very nice, helpful and always smiling.
Review 19:only thing was the TV didn't have many channels however all was ok.
Review 20:The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful, the resturant was very tasty but yet affordable. The location of the hotel was perfect you could not get any closer because everything Fatima has to offer is literally on the hotels doorstep!...The staff are extremely helpful, generous, and just overall wonderful. We had a two bed suite and all the rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. Best of all you get FREE WIFI all around the hotel which is spectacular. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return here if ever I visit Fatima again!
Review 21:This is a family owned and staffed hotel right opposite the shrine. Food is plentiful and is a smorgasborg in type. All staff are friendly and helpful. The manager helped me with my credit card which had been blocked, he made an international call for me at his expense.
Review 22:Staffs were Excellent in answering queries. Owners look after us well. Owners make changes to the food request for the kids. Food buffet value for money and very healthy. Location is perfect for visiting Fatima Sanctuary. Bathroom very clean and double shower space perfect for family. Laminate floor and tiles make it very clean. Room air condition is good. Free WIFI which is very good for communications. Nice modern hotel and is different to the surrounding hotels. PlayStation free to play for the kids in the lounge and SKYTV which is good to keep the kids busy. Everything was spot on and this type of services provided by the owner shoould get 4stars easily.

Review 71:Owners who run the hotel are extremely nice and make us feel at home. Free parking. Just steps from the Fatima Sanctuary
Review 72:I traveled with my mum, aunt and a friend. The location was excellent, as it was so easy to get to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima. It is so near the bus terminal too which was an extra credit for us. Overall we enjoyed our time and stay at Fatima.
Review 73:When I returned to my room mid morning it was necessary to ask Reception to switch the heating back on in my room from their controller.
Review 74:Spotlessly clean. Cordial welcome. Good-quality continental breakfast. From the bus station turn right towards the church, then walk about 800 metres along a level pavement to the hotel, which is on the corner opposite Fatima complex.
Review 75:Very friendly and welcoming. Helpful staff. My kids aren't going to forget the hula hoop session in the lobby with the owners for a while! We would definitely come again. Great value for money and the food was delicious. We spent Christmas day there and the atmosphere was lovely and Christmassy. We watched the circus show in the lounge with the other guests and the owners.
Review 76:The wonderful famoily feeling of this Hotel. All staff were helpful at all times. The location is certainly the best and we will use this hotel again

Review 80:Very convenient to the Sanctuary of Fatima. Buffet lunch/dinner very good and reasonable. Very friendly help; comfortable rooms; very clean. Walking distance to bus stop.
Review 81:Continental Breakfast better at other similar facilities. No cheese, meet etc for breakfast (as common at other similar facilities) withoutextra charges.
Review 82:Helpful Staff.
Review 83:Staff were extremely helpfu & accommodating. Due to a glitch in your on-line booking system & despite the fact that I specified 2Adults / 1 room, the remark "max1 guest" appeared in the booking. It happened twice and the reservation was cleared & when it happened a third time I gave up & left it. Despite that, the management waived any extra fee & also any charge for breakfast to compensate for any error. The whole experience was positive & as a result of their generosity, not only will I use that hotel again in future, but also booking.com!
Review 84:The hotel is kinda new, but the walls are not soundproof enough!!! On my1st night, I can hear a man snoring from the other room near where thebed is located. It's so annoying, as if I was sleeping besidesomeone who snores. Really, it's terrible! I didn't sleep well.On my last night, both room beside me were occupied by young couples (Iguess), it was late around 11pm,I can hear them talking, and I can hearthem well. Can you imagine..you're room is being sandwiched withnoise on a late evening...resting, contemplating and trying to sleep.IAm addressing this part to everybody reading this review...that if yougo to pilgrimage sites like Fatima and the hotel you are in, has poorsoundproof wall, maybe have the courtesy to lower your voice. Chatty isgood, improves relationship but you need to be considerate of othersespecially if it's late in the evening. Lastly, the ac.. I don'tknow if it's just a coincidence, the ac just shuts down every8am.Well, I wasn't bother in the morning cuz I'm out and aboutthe entire day, but them at some point when you come back to the room, you have to inform them. And the thing is...the staff are not surprisethat the ac had circuit breakdown...hmmm, maybe it always happen in thatroom. It's on the 2nd floor.
Review 85:The location is excellent, 2-3 min.walk to the Rede Expressos busterminal. Also, roughly 5-7 min. Walk to the sanctuary. Upon going fromhotel to sanctuary, there is a Filipino shop on the left hand side thatsells reasonable prices for souvenir. Buffet dinner is very reasonable.(12 euros). I've eaten outside for lunch for a plate of Portuguesemeal and a can of coke, it cost 11 euros already. So,you must try thebuffet dinner/lunch even just once. Just make sure you're reallyhungry and/or your stomach is used to a big meal. Thumb's up forthe soup! I've tasted in some of the restaurants outside thesanctuary, your soup is the best! I like the toilet as well.. Spacious, towels replaced everyday, give/supply toilet tissue and soapeveryday. Lastly, the girl receptionist (the one who has a brotherstudying in Galway), you know who you are, sorry I didn't get yourname. She's very friendly and helpful. And the lady in- charge withthe buffet, very accommodating.
Review 86:This is a family run operation - from front desk to restaurant and they make you feel really at home with their friendliness. Most wonderful staff and excellent meals, real value for money ! Shower facilities and free wifi were excellent
Review 87:The service was very good and the staff was very friendly. They greeted us with smiles every single time. This place is very cosy, it gives a homey vibe. The room size is very reasonable. The location is brilliant when you want to be close to the old and new basilica.
Review 88:The breakfast is enough but could include fruits and some hotfood.Coffee could be piping hot especially in winter. But the staff arewilling to help always warming your not so hot cup of coffee.
Review 89:Hotel Aleluia is a home away from home.Family managed and homelypeople always interacting with their guests.Few steps away from theSantuary.Rooms very comfortable and clean.Buffet dinner excellent, eatas much as you can with a variety of tasty meats ,fish,Vegetable, soup ,salad and Desert to top it up.Complimentary house wine withAntionio and Paulo coaxing you to have more.We stayed for two daysand went to Lisbon only to return the next day to stay for two moredays.will recommend Family and friends to stay here and will comeback some day again.
