Review 1：The first room we checked in was no electricity! The facility are rather old and not every well maintained. The remove control of aircon is not working.

Review 3：RM 100 deposit during check-in was a surprise. Booking.com should have mention it on Good to know section. i thought i just need to add RM3 for city tax since the room and the 6% tax had already been paid. it was quite frustrating since i was tired and i didn't have cash or credit card at that time. i had to bring back all my bags to the car, drive to find nearest ATM. The room smelled like old furniture or carpet, but overall it was clean, neat and comfortable enough for me. In the evening, there was electricity problem and i thought there goes my holiday. the staff gave me another room and this spacious room and the sea view mended my broken heart. Everything else turned out well, breakfast was good enough to my taste, parking was not a problem. just that the lower ground parking is not very convenient for older adults or visitors with babies because of the walking distance.

Review 5：Its seems like a four star hotel but it didnt feel like one. Didnt like the stuff that much. They seemed not that professional and experienced. I really like the bell man though. My mom wanted to swim but couldnt because she didnt had any swim wear because she is muslim and wouldnt wear those type of cloathes.The staff's behaviour was very bad when she got into the pool. Ruined my whole mood for the day.

The lighting for the mirror desk near d tv is not working cos d electrical wire is not connected. I thought I booked a sea view but got a partial sea view, my room no. 2414.

Review 18：Limited car parking lot, elevator and TV. Requested 4 single beds at higher floor but don't think the management care about customers request and was told because we check in late. Luckily one of the receptionist was very helpful to allocate a middle floor for us.

Review 43：1. Not enough car and I'd to park at resident's 5-foot-walk-way. Had to walk >200 meters and was told by Receptionist that it's a 1st come 1st basis. 2. Bossy security guard kept directing customer off and an old Chinese guard kept on saying he knew nothing and those vacant spaces are for Wedding's guest only. 3. Beach front are spawned with left-over from the floated rubbish and construction particles on the shore line and in the sea.

Another experience was the swimming area benches wet paint. Our family pants and shirt even my baby hand have paint marks. Told to the counter staff but seems to be no action taken I guess.

They charged my Visa card before showing me my reciept and before getting my permission!!!! A real bad experience for me and my family.

I booked a deluxe studio suite with double bed, but ended up getting a room with 2 single beds without saying a word during check in. When I called from the room the front desk staff just answered that their double room is fully booked. I should ask booking.com on why they didn't give me double room. Is it really booking.com responsibility? 4. The mattress was so hard, I can't even sleep that night. 5. No ironing facility 6. Light in the room is too dim. We can't hardly see our clothes in the closet. 7. Liquor is everywhere. I'm feeling as if I'm not in Malaysia. Please have some sensitivity towards muslims.

Review 59：Management should consider to revise on muslims swim attire. Allow those muslim moms to wear tshirts in swimming pool. I saw some of the kids also not able to swim because they wore tshirts and shorts. It should be family friendly hotel by the way. And please, take some action on those dogs at the beach. Do something about it. It will reflects the cleanliness of your beach. I saw many of your muslim guests refused to swim because of those dogs. More breakfast choice please.

Review 62：The hotel is right on the beach, with a bus stop out the front. Our room was on the 20th floor with a separate lounge room and the view was fabulous, not only of the beach and ocean but also the hinterland. You have restaurants in the hotel or just a short walk away.

Review 65：Firstly: It didn't bring to the standard of a 4-Star hotel. The floors are dirty and the furniture extremely old. Even the air-con remote doesn't work and sometime in the night the air-con cover suddenly dropped! Secondly:The wifi hardly worked at all! Thirdly: I can't say much of the service... especially in the restaurant. The staffs tending to the food were no smiles and unfriendly. Sorry to say this should be my first and last stay.

Review 92：Odd arrangement of 2 guys at hotel entry made an unfortunate first impression. We'd driven from KL, they stood and watched as we pulled up, went to reception and then began unloading our bags, in the midst of which they wanted us to move the car. No offer of assistance - 2 women - and not a smile to be had from either. The hotel's porter was busy, and we were fine with our own bags, but this was an unnecessary scene, avoided if they'd merely greeted and directed us on arrival. We all ended up grumpy!

Review 93：Bus stops nearby for Georgetown one way and the Night Markets the other. Markets worth visiting with some good stuff not seen elsewhere. Restaurant choices are fine with plenty of menu choices. Lovely Moroccan restaurant across the road too. All staff within the hotel were efficient and delightful.

Review 94：Two maintain men walked into our room and wouldn't leave until I yelled at them to get out,at the time I was naked laying on the bed that a small towel on next to my partner in his underpants.Staff in downstairs bar overcharged us and when we pointed it out he tried to guilt us that he would have to pay out of his pocked due to his mistake which we did knowing how little they get paid here.
