Review 1：On check in the reception staff were extremely rude dismissed myself and friend and only answered the friend who spoke their language even when asked a question by myself unacceptable Breakfast very nice however evening meal not good A definite lack of/no lounge space considering stated as hotel thermal pools made it for us

Review 3：The whole place is very overpriced for what it represents. I have never had a worst breakfast offered in a hotel. The food in the Giovani restaurant was also terrible, overpriced and very uninspiring. I would expect more of traditional Slovakian kitchen and the restaurant also closed at 9pm with no other bar open so you are forced to go to your room.

Review 4：Lovely place with lots to do especially for kids. The hotel was nice and clean. Great choice of pools and the adult wellness was fantastic too.

Review 5：Totally overpriced hotel. We payed around 130 euros and even the entrance to thermal pools was not included. Had to pay extra for everything, except parking.

Review 6：- we expected to get slippers at the hotel - it was stated in our reservation here at booking.com. Unfortunately receptionist at the hotel told us they don't provide this. So we had to go and buy some. - WiFi signal in our room was not very strong. - at night we got to meet 5 silverfish in our bathroom. Scary!

Review 7：Personal of the hotel is very nice, same about wellness and aquapark. It's great to spend all day only in the swim suit + robe. The water of inside swimming pools is nicely warm, same about the air inside.

Review 8：Many things just did not feel right: - too many turnstiles, especially the restaurant entrance is ridiculous - food could have been better - stuff tries to be friendly and professional, but probably lacks training, so it not always worked. In general, it is a bit pricy for the level of quality offered.

Review 9：Being in an outside pool in a warm water while it snows at you is an unforgettable experience. The spa was good. Many things were nice and in general I enjoyed my stay.
