Review 1：you should be careful when you advertise your SIGNATURE DISH at your restaurant as the PAELLA and this PAELLA is not eatable; if you want to attract people with a signature dish, make it a real signature and unforgetable quality; change chef or learn how to do it ; next to you, the OYSTER BAR makes a wonderful and real one;

Review 3：Getting to the basement parking was inconvenient and somewhat difficult, specially if you have luggage because the access elevator to the basement parking is outside the lobby. The hotel must have forgotten to include the bathroom in the make-over: modern room but outdated (but big) bathroom.

The room was big and was given a modern touch. We felt very safe as security people made their presence felt everywhere. The posh Greenbelt mall was just across the road. Have to switch off aircon for comfort. Room no should not be written on smart access card holder because if customer dropped card, anyone know card is for which room. Maybe hotel can provide them with a tag with room no for them to wear so that if anything happen to them outside hotel, police know who to contact.

Review 16：Good customer service, facilties n breakfast. Buffet lunch n dinner very good. Good security because they all vehicles entering the hotel. inhouse massage good n operate until 2am. Not many hotel offer late operating massage hours. Fantastic room service. Noticed Senior management staff during breakfast n greeting guest irregardless of nationality. Floor manager was also around to help out. A quiet place on 24th floor if you want to discuss business during breakfast but selection is limited.

Shame on its management forits overpriced facilities, I'll trained people who are on constantlookout to fleece money from you.room and cleanliness are also comparable to a 2 to 3 star hotel except you pay more to stay in a 5 star hotel teeming with prostitutes. Review 100：As the hotel is under renovation, I got a bit confused. For our first 3 nights (12 - 15 DEC), the breakfast was served in the top floor, nice view and pleasant staff. On our second stay (31DEC-02JAN), we had 2 different places for breakfast. No indication from the staff at the reception or in the lobby. Nevertheless, I will never go to this hotel again due to the fact that the staff do not have any right to take a "customer minded" decision. Due to a tropical storm over the South part of the country, our flight was cancelled and had to travel the following day. I called the reservation of the hotel and was told to call booking.com as the booking was origination from this agent. I have called booking.com who asked the hotel not to charge for the first night as we were not able to reach Manila on time due to weather conditions. The hotel refused and charged for 3 nights : not customer friendly at all.
