Review 1：As other reviews say, the buildings need a little maintainance here and there. It might catch your eye, but its nothing major.

Review 2：The size of the standard double room more than filled our expectations. Wifi worked just fine. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped. Big breakfast and helpful staff (If English or Spanish are your languages, you'll have no problem communicating). Parking space.Restaurants at an easy distance. And a little nice surprise: they gave us a lovely baby bed for our toddler that even I had forgotten I asked for.

Review 5：The lady who was preparing the breakfast behaved extremely unfriendly. The hotel was finally ok, but given that there are several more options in Tessera, next time I will avoid to come back here.

Review 6：After informing the hotel that we would be arriving very late due to flight change we arrived at 11.30pm and after checking in with the concierge he sat and watched us struggle up two flights of stairs with our cases. We are two lady pensioners and I also have a medical condition with only 60% lung function! The suites are apparently upstairs which is not stated on the website! When we complained to management next morning we were told to send an email!

Review 9：The front desk clerk when we arrived was not at all engaging or friendly. The check out clerks, on the other hand, were very good. Dinner in the restaurant was fair, but the service was very good.

Bus to Venice island 2 minutes walk from the hotel and costs approx. 1.50 euro each way (approx. 20 min ride). Decent restaurant and kebab shop close to the hotel on the main road.

Review 14：We wanted a pre cruise overnight stop without paying the prices on the "island". This was perfect, booked the airport pick up and it was waiting for us at arrivals. Two good grill/pizza restaurants within 100yds. Rooms spotless and good buffet breakfast. Took the shuttle to cruise port in morning. Staff excellent

For early departures however there is no shuttle service and although they offered to drive us to the airport for 35 euro, they failed to tell us that the airport is at walking distance (approximately 1km; 15 minutes walk).

Review 36：Very poor service by night staff. Ordered a pot of tea from a very unhappy kitchen staff member. When we drank the tea we realized he had given us contaminated water and not fresh boiled water at all. Very disappointed by the attitude of the manager as well as the actions of the kitchen staff. It was a disgusting experience. There was another manager the next morning who was very apologetic, but the actions of the night staff was terrible.

Review 58：Great location within 2 minutes' walk from the bus stop: either to go to Venice island or to the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful and couldn't do too much to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The front desk gave great advice on how to travel, where to buy bus tickets etc. All in all a good experience!

Review 70：Beautiful facility, quiet and tranquil. Close to the airport. It is a tiny town, so it is a perfect time to catch your breath and enjoy the beautiful grounds. There are bikes that can be used, but there are 2 major highway type roads that can make their use tricky unless you are an avid road cyclist, which we are. However, we were just as comfortable walking around. There is also a shuttle service to the Airport for a small fee. Rooms we spacious and spotlessly clean.

Review 72：Nice property with large rooms. We had chosen this for its closeness to the airport. It was however rather far to reach on foot with some heavy luggage (and broken wheels), so it proved to be an unneeded stop. Nice nonetheless.

The attached restaurant for dinner is a very sound and economical place to eat with very good and fresh food - even when the last meal at 10:30pm. All in all very good value for money.

However I wondered if they even looked at my request on the booking form as the hotel didn't seem very full judging by the number of guests at dinner and breakfast.

We took a water taxi from the airport to the hotel, 110 Euro, however, beats pulling your bags over the cobblestones and we were dropped right at the hotel which is on a canal. Review 91：I liked my room which was a good size and beautifully decorated. The hotel is near the airport and the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport at €10 per person. You can take bus number 5 into Venice and it costs only €1.50. The busstop is just around the corner from the hotel. The breakfast was fine. I enjoyed the Italian dishes at the hotel restaurant that is provided after 8pm. in the evening.

Review 92：There was no elevator in my building, if this is an issue request a lower floor. The location is close to the airport and walking involved some travel without a sidewalk on the side of the road. Cab fare was quoted as $20 because it was a Sunday. There is a local bus stop very close to property,

The music stopped at 23:45 and after that it was fairly quiet, so I did get a decent night sleep, but beware if you want to sleep early. This was on a Saturday night. If you think italy equals good coffee, think again. At breakfast they serve instant coffee.

Review 100：My room was tiny. The desk was so small my computer couldn't fit on it and the space between the chair and bed was minimal. Perhaps they assumed we'd spend most of our time outside. Cell phone reception was poor, the line dropped twice and I finally went outside. When I mentioned it, I was told it was 'impossible'. Why would I lie? Didn't appreciate that.

Review 101：The location is superb. The outside property is spacious, the terrace is lovely, and the pervading sense is one of peace. On the whole, the staff was warm and friendly, generous with their time and assistance. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. Service was attentive, and thoughtful. No rush. Very enjoyable experience.

Review 104：2 Km from the airport and no transport provided after the phone call at 11.30 am. The taxi has charged 18 euros for less than 5 minutes drive. The hotel charges 10 euro for the same distance. The hotel has shown very greedy attitude and tried to defend the taxi driver for charging this amount of money. Don't think I will return to this hotel!

Review 127：Ignore peoples gripes about this hotel. All too often they never take into account what they pay. I have stayed in more than 50 hotels in the last 18 months and this hotel represents the best quality vs price of any I have stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, very well presented and spotless. Breakfast was fine with sufficient selection. Staff were accommodating. Car parking excellent. Remember this is Venice!

Review 128：Road is just beside the building and I woke up several time because of the traffic noise, I strongly suggest to instal acustic isolation at the windows.
