Review 1：The room and resort was neat and orderly. The staff was really kind and helpful: they granted every wishes and requests. We were satisfied with all the services. (we tried almost every item of the menu card and all of them were great)

Review 2：Walls were not very thick, we could hear crying babies during the night from other rooms. Also the beds were not very comfy (very soft and bouncy)

Review 9：- Room teperature was very high (about 30 c) and it cannot be set within the room!- THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE ROOM. I told it in the reception each morning. Last morning - when I was really upset - they told me the boiler is damaged, why didnt we take a shower in the wellness?! Isnt that funny? - I asked them during the checkout how much discount they offer because of that fault. The BOSS told us that they were not able to tepair the error because the room was not empty - of course because we were there. Sorry to disturb you guys I promise we wont do it again... To be correct weve got 5% discount at the end.

Review 10：Nice area and the overall feeling is similar to the pictures on thesite.- food & welness are avarage but ok for the price. There was no free lockable case for our dresses because all of them (approx.40) were reserved for the guests. Until than I thought that we are the guests... - staff was ok nothing special, they speek only few words in english (like "reserved for the guests"; except at the reception) but it is common that region

Review 11：The cozy atmosphere of the place, delicious food, lovely people, a clean and nice spa center...and, also the price was very good! I reccomend it to anyone that needs a low buget place near Jasna , Slovakia.

Review 12：It is an excellent place if you want to relax two-three days in a good spa-hotel for a reasonable price. Relatively close to ski slopes (Jasna si 36 km). The personnel is simply great and very helpful. We loved the hotel restaurant. Not many but very well prepared meals (mains 3-13 euro). The rooms are nice and spacey. Three sauna, one dry one. We missed some dry one with mild temperature. Even if the hotel was practically full, the sauna was not crowded. However no dress code. You are not obliged to be naked, which is quite normal in Slovakia but really annoying. Hopefully it will change soon. It is not normal that somebody who is naked in sauna is the strange one... The hotel is quite remotely located. Great if you want relax. Neither great, nor ugly views. The temperature in the rooms can not be regulated. It was little bit cold according to our taste. Even taking the negative points into account, we enjoyed the stay and we can recommend the hotel.

Review 13：The complex design is great and the hotel has got a spa. Everyone wasreally friendly and of a good help. Great value for money. The wholeplace is lovely and clean, great food, great everything.

Review 14：Lots of noice during night. They have very thin walls and you can hearhow are people next door turnigh in the bed. Oh and beds are not thebest. Who is used to sleep as a couple on queen bed with one marass willbe during night in ith hole in the middle.
