Review 1：We liked being able to walk to the city and around the marina where we always felt save. Eating breakfast outdoors near the marina was a perfect start to every day. Alberto our daily waiter was always helpful and friendly. The staff made it easy to plan activities. They helped confirm reservations and transportation that we requested.

Review 10：The internet sucked big time. There were only two public computers and it was difficult to print vouchers, boarding passes and the like. We had the breakfast plan. The choices were ok, but a little monotonous. As a big "meat" lover, the lack of ham, sausage, or bacon on the menu was a bit of a disappointment. They did, however, make a great 2-egg omelet. We were told that our unit had a mini-bar. It had a small refrigerator, but no mini-bar. Our room was a Junior suite. It was so tiny that the door to the bathroom couldn't open completely. The door opened into the bath area and struck the stool when less than half open. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. The TV was about 30 years old, a Sony Trinitron and not a flat screen. Approximately 30 inches, perhaps less. We had a killer lanai and a great view. However, we had to walk up about 18 steps (very steep) to get to our room. That might have been a problem to some.

Review 12：hard sale Time Share or Travel share which was a total waste of time and money. Also mistakes on not having a car seat for ride back to airport. Take forever getting the check even when just charging it to the room. Place is incomplete in areas. Has no identity, condos/timeshare/hotel, not sure what they are so it is poorly managed. Most areas were a little dirty in our room

Review 16：Constant pressure from Leon to listen to a presentation for a timeshare. Very poor air-conditioning in first two rooms. Deluxe King is a very small room. Finally upgraded to Jr. Suite (great!). Martin (desk lead) was not very gracious with my request to move rooms. The floors in the first rooms were filthy!! They mopped the Jr. Suite every day so it was okay.

Review 17：Loved the location. The view was beautiful. Most of the staff was very friendly. Liked the security. After changing hotel rooms twice and upgrading to a jr. suite the room was awesome. The spa is wonderful. Best facial and hot rock massage ever! Room service is fast. Free breakfast is nice touch!

After that I felt I had to sneak my midnight snacks to my room. Not Cool!!! Other than that, everything was good...

Review 39：Not being able to bring guests to my room after 8:00pm without paying an additional $20.00. Additionally they would not allow you to bring alcohol purchased from anywhere other then the hotel into the room. Lastly the wifi was not good at all even after paying extra for faster service.

They allow visitors in your room until 8 pm and after that they charge a fee. Also they didn't allow visitors to use the facilities without paying 38 dls per person. Wifi cost 5 dollars per day per device for a slow connection.

For pepole that they travel by themselves and they looking to do new friends it's kind important to have a flexibility on having guests anytime. The Internet accessibility even by paid it was slow. I booked an offer that it was written with very small letter view at the city. I asked them if there was an room with view at the see and they refused me to do any change , even the period that I was there it was a low touristic period. In generally this hotel has very unflexible policies.

Fantastic. This was right along the harbor walkway. Enjoyed pool after fishing. We used Dream Maker charters which was almost part of hotel building. Could not have been more satisfied with that choice. Lots of restaurants right along marina walkway. We had a great trip. Never ate breakfast because we were always gone fishing.

Review 72：We didn't know how to make our air conditioning turn off automatically when our room was cold enough . In the middle of the night we would have to get up and manually turn it off , and also did so throughout the day. The gym was too hot to work out in in the morning.

Didn't like the Tesoro Membership sales presentation because they told us it was 90 minutes long and we had to cut them off at well over that; it was also so confusing we didn't really understand any of it.

Just went next door bought a beer and used there free wifi the rest of the stay. Save your money unless you really need it.

Review 78：But there seems to be a little scam going on. We were leaving and gave our bellman a tip for the luggage to the shuttle. When we got to the airport mine was not there. Shuttle driver called hotel and we were told that they would send the bag by taxi would be there in 45 minutes. They gave us the number of the cab like there was one waiting for our call. He got there in 45 minutes and charged me $75.00, I almost let him keep it.

The only pool at the facility is open for public use, screaming kids, and too many people. The bellman forgot to put one of our bags in the shuttle( on purpose?), we had to pay$75.00 to have the bag sent to the airport by taxi.

Review 105：Furniture and TV in the bedroom are very old and scratched. Harassment from the waiters at the pool that come every 5 mins. Internet way too expensive. Drinks are very expensive too. Also watch out the extra taxes + services (5$/day) when you book with booking (it added 100$ for us).

Review 117：The paid wifi was killer. I depend on that for work and I had to go downstairs 2-3x a day to get a new password. And I had to go downstairs because I couldn't get them to fix the phone in my room. No guests is lame too.

Review 123：The Hotel is extreme strict with rules regarding taking drinks or food to your room, as well as guests, which can be really annoying. The price of wifi is quite expensive and don't work very well. Particularly I hate when I Hotel of this size and this price charges for things like this.

Review 128：The concierge steered me to Las duceras (F) on the harbor. I ordered a dinner based on the price in the menu. When the bill came my dinner had doubled. They said the menu was wrong, checked menu a week later and it hadn't been fixed. They offered me a ever not a credit, we will see what my cc company has to say.

Review 129：We were generally pleased with everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved the pool with a great view of all the incoming and departing yachts. The food served at the pool was above average and the breakfast buffet was terrific.

Review 130：Minor complaint: the linen production line needs to get its act together. We had read other reviews where towels had been an issue, so we had a clue of what to expect. In the European fashion, you'd be advised to bring your own washcloths. Also, be prepared for a wee bit of hard-sell. This area is rife with time-shares and this hotel seems to be selling some rooms out. We didn't sit for the presentation but were frequently told of the marvelous discounts we'd get if we did. (Sorry, we're just wanting a vacation, not a commitment.) The place is a bit spread out. If you have difficulty walking or climbing stairs, be very cautious when choosing your room.

Review 131：Central to all that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. Not for a moment did we feel concern for our safety or security. Hotel staff was very attentive. Concierge services efficiently arranged for everything we requested. The room was clean and in kept in good order every day. The in-room safe worked flawlessly, keeping our photo gear and valuables secure when not in use.

The property was rowdy with all the spring breakers but we were forewarned and expected it to be noisy...actually we kind of missed all the spring breakers when most of the college kids left a day ahead of us...The management worked hard to keep the noise to a minimum - the pool and hotel bar closed at 10 pm so the college kids would head into town to the clubs, and the hotel security made sure only registered guests were allowed into the hotel elevators and rooms. I felt very safe at the hotel and felt most of the staff was very friendly.

Review 137：Fantastic location right on the marina close to all the restaurants, clubs, Medano Beach, water taxis, etc..cool Hacienda design and Mexican feel to hotel, great pool and cabanas with swim-up bar, awesome ocean view rooms, I did a timeshare presentation and it was very professional, low pressure sales and I received a valuable $200 resort credit, nice boutique spa on site too, awesome Italian restaurant on site with great waiter service, good buffet breakfast included in price of room, comfy beds, plus good hotel security...overall great vacation!

Review 138：The time share salesmen were everywhere, cloying and annoying. You couldn't even carry on a conversation walking down the street. It was hard to relax while fighting them off. I wanted to use wifi and stay in airplane mode. That wasn't an option with the hotel wifi. It only worked if you used the internet and it wasn't secure. Don't bother. We used the free wifi at Captain Tony's and everything worked the way we expected.

Review 139：We loved our room with a marina view and a good sized balcony to relax on. We were far enough away from the pool that we could see it, but not hear the music. The pool has a swim up bar and two Jacuzzis. It was a really fun area. We got breakfast included. It was well worth it; lots of variety and something different each day.The bathroom had a hairdryer and a magnifying makeup mirror. The room safe was great for when we did water activities. The air conditioning worked like a charm. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go, town or marina.

Review 141：Tesoro is right on the water front, with great views of the harbor if you're in the right room. Nice pool, excellent buffet breakfast. Steep steps to some of the rooms, so if you have problems with stairs, ask for ground level. They do have an elevator. Wifi is pay, but they have a couple complimentary computers in the lobby.
