Review 1：It could be a little bit cold if it is already not some and not heating season yet. You always can ask staff about this situation.

Review 3：The only thing was the bathroom smell - however once you spent some time inside the flat you didn't smell it anymore. Other than that he place is great value for money, and the city of Cesis is wonderful.
