Review 1：I missed the gown. It would be great to have it in a room as long as the hotel has a wellness center.
Review 2：Great cuisine, very friendly and professional staff especially in restaurant. We also liked the classic massage and cosy room.
Review 3：Very poor breakfast buffet: small choice, especially regarding light and diet products, which in case of SPA (and 4 star!) hotel should be a standard. Deficiencies in dishes are not replenished on an ongoing basis. Mineral water in economy rooms is not replenished on daily basis as well, so one has to remember about water purchase in the bar before going to the room. .
Review 4：Brand new hotel with comfortable, nice and spacy rooms. Very flexible and willing to help staff. Good SPA facilities. Tasty a la carte food in restaurant and good wine selection.
Review 5：but it was lacking the little things... like soap in the bathroom, masseuse had left at 4, and I informed the staff (who were otherwise very helpful) that our bar fridge wasn't working and despite saying that they would send someone to fix it, no one came...

Review 7：There was no bar soap in the shower. Also, I was surprised that the breakfast was not included. 7 euros is a bit much. If we had known, we would have eaten elsewhere. Also, 7 euro to swim is high. I am used to having the pool included. The public pool in the Centre is only 3 euro.
