Review 1：The staff were great. We had organised early check-in and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. The big plus for me were the comfy beds - nothing worse than staying somewhere with bad beds.

Review 3：Very clean and neat. Big rooms, big balcony. Woolworths across the road so very handy and lagoon about a 5-10min walk with the kids.
Review 4：Site did not show that the building was well back from the beach. No cooking facility apart from the microwave. Plates and cutlery were limited to one of each per person which was not enough if you wanted a serving plate or had more courses than one. Very small room and eating meals out on the balcony was not an alternative on a cold winter's night.

Review 11：The room door did not automatically lock, which we didn't realise until the following day. The glass doors onto the balcony did not key lock, which was a concern with small children. The bathroom and ensuite entrances had a small raised edge, which you clip your toes on ever time you enter the room.
Review 12：Apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The staff were lovely.
Review 13：I didn't like the room we were in because we had to open two doors (to Room 9 & 9A), which was difficult when your hands were loaded with suit cases. You need someone to hold the first door for you before you can get in because there wasn't enough space. It was a big drama because I got stock and I couldn't move. The door to the toilet and shower had a tiny raised floor that caused injury to my toes because I didn't see it. It happened twice at night time. I wasn't happy going to lunch with sore toes.

We had a couple of tiny issues, that were addressed immediately by the manager who was an extremely pleasant man. The unit was handy to shops, cafes and the water. Everything needed was supplied in the kitchen and laundry.

Review 97：Our room which was a studio apartment smelt of sewage and I had to put a towel over the drain in the bathroom. Also my feet felt itchy felt like there were bed bugs so I slept on top of the sheets.
