Review 1：They were very kind to accept my late arrivel. They explane me the best way how to find them even I had navigation. Sometimes relationship for guest is more important than other things.

Review 2：The quiteness of the place and away from city and noise. Very nice location and the property is by a farm/zoo which makes it even more special. Staff is excellent and lunch in the patio behind the restaurant is definitely something special.

Review 3：There are animals on the property.That was fun.The owner takes time to tell about the area and history of building. The room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with a desk and side table with lamp ,making it feel more like a home.It was one of the only places with dark curtains,which in July with sun rising at 5 a.m that helped keep light out enabling a longer sleep.

Review 5：They were very kind, as they waited for us to reach the guesthouse till very late in the night (almost 12). The breakfast was also OK. As we came from Cluj-Napoca - Romania and we had 1.000 km of road (450 km of them out of highway) - this stop was perfect.

Review 21：The guest house is in a lovely quiet place close to Nova Gorica. The hostess is very friendly. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and newly furnished. I definitely recommend Guest House Šterk and would choose it again if go to Slovenia again.

Review 23：We've been several times to Šterk for lunch and dinner and it's surely recomended for eating, but for sleeping as well. The room was small but nice and perfectly clean. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Breakfast very good.

Review 24：The second evening and the morning before the spa bath tub and shower had no hot water so we could only use it half time of our stay. The tub is nice but for two is a bit small.

Review 27：Everything was perfect without any compromises. Very well speaking English very friendly owner of the hotel and staff, very new very clean rooms, restaurant downstairs. Bikers friendly.

Review 28：It's not in the central location (near the train station) but the bus from Ljubljana passes the hotel and it was a short walk, 300m from there (we are lucky that the owner was able to came to pick us up). Maybe a bit difficult to find any restaurants that are open after 7pm in that area. Again, the owner saved us from hunger and prepared something nice for us.

Review 31：This is a small Guesthouse in the country outside Novo Gorica, Slovenia,but only 10 minutes from downtown Gorizia, Italy, where we attended awedding of a friend's daughter. The service was outstanding! Nastyais very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Her English isperfect, too. She had good local information that she willingly shared.The breakfast was fresh and made to order, and always more than we couldeat. I would definitely return there again, if I am back in that area.
