Review 1：1) Hotel is right over train station and trains came in and out ALL NIGHT. 2) Arrived in dining area at 4:30 a.m. as confirmed - along with other hotel guests - no one ever showed up with breakfast - so we had no sleep and no food for Machu Picchu hike.... 3) We could not stay another night with no sleep, so we checked out mid-day before 2nd night and had to pay full price for 2nd night. 4) There is no furniture in room except beds and a tiny table and chairs - had to put clothes, etc. on floor 5) The bathroom had no hot water at sink; no soap dish in shower; no electrical outlet; nowhere to put anything.

Review 2：1) The staff was very nice when we checked in, brought us tea and promised that breakfast would be ready in dining area at 4:00 a.m. (we were leaving for MP at 4:30 a.m.) 2) The shower did have hot water. 3) The room was clean 4) The staff apologized for not serving breakfast as promised and brought us a sandwich when we returned from our MP hike in the afternoon.

Review 4：Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Great location because one does not need to pull a suitcase up a hill because it is close the train station but this also makes for a somewhat noisy day but the trains stop in the evening.

Review 5：Property was under construction during our visit - jack hammering until 7:45 pm at night. The floors were extremely slippery because the dust was not swept up on a daily basis. At breakfast, we had to seek out someone downstairs to ask for food. The front desk staff entered the room later on in the late afternoon after the daily service was done for no reason and did not knock before entering. Unlocked the door, realized that we were in there and then closed it again without explanation.

Review 9：On arrival the friendly staff took an age to find our booking and had endless pieces of paper and seemed to have no system. The room was on fifth floor and no lift. The constant noise of trains shook the room. Also the door had glass above and the room was constantly illuminated from the hallway the wifi seating area outside the room attracted a constant gathering of people. Got no sleep would not recommend

Review 11：Wifi only works in the hallways of the floors (where it has good sofas to hang out), water wasn't very hot, can be noisy because of the trainstation but they stop circulating at 11pm so wasn't much of a problem for us.

Review 12：Location was great (aguas calientes is very tiny so everything is well located), staff was excellent, big confy beds, nice view, nice breakfast.

Review 13：Overall, there were a number of small things that were not perfect but they were not major factors.

Review 15：They offered to meet us at the train station but no one was there when we arrived. Bed was like sleeping on a brick. The bathroom mirror was held to the wall with tape as were holes in the window covered with tape. Wifi didn't work.
