Review 21：I liked the staff, accomidations, breakfast, room, location (minutes to town square, mall, train station, and university), being near the canal, being near a lot of restaurants (the Masque being the best meal), and being provided an umbrella when I asked for one.

Review 23：The hotel Piast is just down town, only 2 minutes walk to the center of Opole and has its own resturant, which has exellent food. I can recomand this hotel on highest level.
Review 24：Access to the car park from the main road from the west awkward - trying to turn left into the car park during busy times very difficult. Room (102) security compromised by not being able to close and lock one of the windows, which overlooked a balcony which is accessible by the public, but not by the hotel guests (unless they go to the car park first).

Review 26：It's not very obvious where the reception is. It's on the first, not ground, floor, but it's not indicated on the ground floor you have to go upstairs and there are a few doors on the ground floor making it even more confusing.
