Review 2：Terrific hotel bearing in mind its location in a small rural town. Very helpful staff and good reasturant. Especially enjoyed the alfresco evening meal in the garden resturant.

Review 3：Choice of breakfast was limited and the egg station was not manned for some time such that we had to skip omellette and eggs and settled for something less.

Review 4：The location was very convenient being right in the centre of town. We were received by a very warm and polite staff upon arrival. The room was neat and cosy. Overall it was good value for money.

I asked for room srvice at coffee house but the person incharge told me that she cannot serve us because the chef already go back fron work because he had some emergency.the coffee house's lady suggested that we call/go the tepian Cafe for room service.. By the time the food arrived, thye already cold, over salted and we already starving...:'(

Review 23：There is no possibility to have diner, only roomservice. The food was not good, the chicken saté was so hard. The don't clean the room with is ok but not after roomservice. The food was still in the room when we got back at night. So it was standing on the room for more then 24 hours without airco. You could smell smoke in the bathroom. We booked true booking.com but the didn't had my reservation.

Review 29：Very close to the railway station and also close to everything in town. To the right of the hotel a laundry service which does your laundry at $1 a kilo. Really good food at a restaurant nearby called the Bubble Tea restaurant. Booked a one day tour to the Taman Negara and that was sufficient.

Review 31：Quite small hotel but its very comfort to stay. The room is clean andthe staff also very good. They also have a small coffee house which isalso clean and good. Tepian Darul Makmur which is behind the hotel isalso an attraction for people to eat and "lepak" with friendsor family.

Review 32：The very poor attitude of staff. I used the restaurant at the hotel. Most of the items on the menu were not available,but much worse raw chicken was served. When this was pointed out to staff the dish was taken away and appeared 10 minutes later fried on the same plate. The rest of the dish was cold. The hotel expected full price for the dish and made apology. Such service is totally unacceptable. There does appear to be a view in Malaysia that the supplier is right and the customer is wrong. This is really quite contrary to the status quo in many other countries. I mentioned the restaurant experience to the hotel management they were not concerned. My advice avoid this hotel.

Review 38：The only thing borthering me is the sound system from the big tv screen at Tepian Darulmakmur. Since my room was the nearest to that place, I only be able to have total rest when the place closed at 12.00am.
