Review 1：Its hard to find the apartment block at first.. its near to T1 than T7 as the apt blocks number are scattered.. its even harder as we arrived there at night.. need to go around the block just to find the entrance too... make sure u call first upon arrival.. as there are no check in counter for this place.. my friend and i 'accidentally' sneak in to place.. however, Kim (the caretaker) is very helpful and kind..

Review 2：Very close to Impact Convention Center just a stroll away..food center is near.. and there's a halal (my requirement) stall there too.. very safe environment with access card at the entrance

Review 4：Excellent location to got to IMPACT Fair or Arena - short walking distance! 1-room apartment spacious and clean, daily cleaning and changing of towels. Super personal 5-star service of Mdm Kim. Big night market around the corner.

Review 6：The locations is near IMPACT and Thuderdome. So, for me who love to go to concert. It's near to the venue only walking about 10 minutes. The guest house is like studio house. in local apartment with good security. So, we feel safe. the room also have fridge, TV, toilet is clean. Love it.. Near many convinient store too. We can walk from Thunderdome to Guest House and look around with many stores and restaurant.

Review 7：Everything. Manager lady was a liar, the room we booked 'wasn'tavailable', the room we got didn't have an iron, cable tv,clothes rack, minibar, coffee machine as were listed on bookingadvertisement. Also no toilet paper, water etc. Manager tried to forceus to pay extra for a child, even though the room was booked for fouradults and a child (two adults three kids was our group). Wifi wasatrocious and seemed to be a collection of passwords that people hadbought as a wifi pass.... Never worked and was the thing we needed mostto organise our next trip. I speak almost fluent Thai and this ladystill tried to scam everything out of us. My husband is thai and he wasembarrassed by her shameless behaviour. I fully expect that she willcomplain we didn't pay for the room. I have no issue that this was aroom in an apartment tower.. My problem is that we didn't get whatwe booked, and the manager didn't seem to care at all and justwanted to shove us into a room which was worth about half what we paidfor, but collect full price. The bed was as hard as a rock.

Review 10：Bed was hard but that is pretty standard in these parts. I was apprehensive at first to find the building and then we didn't know which door to go in as there were no noticeable signs up. Just call the owner and she will collect you. Not many outlets in the room for charging phones or other electronics.

Review 11：The location was amazing and the price was right. The building itself was odd but interesting. It reminded me of small neighborhoods in China. Essentially this is a floor of rooms in a secure apartment building being rented out to short time customers. If you have an event at the Impact Arena, this is a great place to stay. There are restaurants, a market, cool karaoke bars, and loads of 7-11s right out the front door. There is even an outlet shop to check out the next day! The owner is amazing, she called me to confirm my booking and gave me her number to give a taxi. When I called looking for the building, she answered right away. When I was about to circle the building again, she collected me and took me to the right doors. Check out was easy. Just give her a call and she was there in minutes. I gave free wifi a poor rating as I don't remember using the wifi or having that connection.

Review 12：Cannot access wifi. small tiny cockroaches inside the room. Need to walk to IMPACT challenger to take a 30-baht shuttle to the nearest BTS Mo Chit Station. Not ideal to stay at this area if you plan to visit downtown (Siam Square area, MBK, Platinum Mall).
