Review 1：The room is small. My room did not have any view. We need to take the dental package and some necessary accessories from the counter. It was not so convenient. There was no shower cap provided which my wife was most unsatisfatory.

Review 7：The front desk staff are friendly and helpful attend to all my questions. Able to speak English, Chinese and Japanese. House keeping was good, even tidy my socks and place them in the shoe. Internet connection was good. Just 1 thing, they don't provide bottle water everyday but I'm able to get water on the utilities room at level 11.

Review 8：Nothing bad about this place aside one incident which put us off slight. We noticed that one of our shoes has gone missing after returning to hotel after a long day. We asked concierge and they said there was only one shoe when they did housekeeping.

Review 9：Great location, less than a minute away from Korea rail and airport shuttle bus stop at Sky Park Hotel. Located at the border of Myeongdong shopping district, and so it is close to lots of food and shopping yet quiet at night. The room is big enough to fit two large luggages.

Review 11：We got to choose two extra pillows from various types of pillow with different purposes (e.g. for relaxing, for stiff shoulder, etc) when we checked in to the hotel. We wanted to try the fried chicken in Seoul and went to the reception counter to ask for the direction. The hotel staff was very kind to help us to order the famous fried chicken to be delivered to the hotel instead.

And staff was really nice. The day it was raining, asked for umbrella, i was willing to pay for deposit. But they said its free just give us back. They have good securities. Everything was good. Even the room was tidy and cozy. With the green color.

Review 23：The breakfast service was awful, food ok, nice korean breakfast, but they ran out every day along with basics like milk and the hotel wasn't very full. The breakfast staff were unhelpful, unapologetic and quick to get rid of us before we had finished eating.

Review 37：What I like the least is that we were unable to control the temperature in our room as the control of the heat is centralized. It was cold outside but the room was super warm. It was too warm and stuffy that we were unable to sleep. At the end, we had no choice but turned off the heat control panel and left the ventilation fan in the bathroom on for some cool air.

Review 38：Many of the taxi drivers can only communicate in Korean. The front-desk staff was very nice to help us write direction to the Seoul Station with a side note of getting off at a taxi stand near the escalator as we were carrying our super heavy luggage on our way to have the final shopping at Lotte Supermarket before heading to the Airport. We just showed the note to the taxi driver and he immediately knew what we wanted. I have travelled to Seoul for many times and this is the best experience I have ever had.

Review 39：Wifi was terrible, connection was always lost. The wifi connection was better at the metro stations than the hotel. All floors smelt like cigarettes, even the "none smoking" rooms.

Review 40：Location was good. Close to metro and airport limousine, but that's the extent of the stay. Some staff were helpful but for the most not really and if you spoke any english that they weren't comfortable with they'd just repeat a sentence till you get frustrated and just leave. I speak fluent korean but my boyfriend does not, so that was from his experience. I'd suggest staying at the Shinshin hotel which is near by, better service all around and all none smoking and clean.

Review 41：Should advise travelers the easier way to reach hotel from airport. We took 2.5 hours to take the railroad, metro fom Incheon airport. We just realize that there are shuttle bus from Incheon airport to hotel which only take 1 hour and more convenient for us as we have 2 young kids and 2 old folks.

Review 63：The lower level rooms are a little noisy and having the lobby on the 3 floor means that it's a little disconcerting when you arrive to a weird entry lobby but these are minor issues. If you want a smoking room make sure you note this when you book. This isn't a stand-out hotel but it's great value for money and very well located.

Review 64：The location is particularly good for shopping in Myeong-dong and is only minutes away from the subway system; there are also a lot of taxis easily available. While the hotel isn't the best ever, it's clean and rooms are relatively big for Seoul. There is a Coffee Bean & Tealeaf cafe on the second floor and an OK Italian restaurant where you can dine-in or get take out -- but they don't do 'room service'. The area has huge number of places to eat and there's a mini supermarket across the street too - so you can get basics like ramen, drinks, sweets etc.
