Review 1：I get tired of being bombarded by sales so appreciated that the hotel was a place (for the most part) that kept sales people out.

Review 2：I was impressed with the grounds and how beautiful they are and how nice they were kept.

Review 3：Dinner buffet (bad food, slow sometimes non existent service - except when you try to leave, then they are right there looking for a tip)

Review 5：No everyone is all-inclusive at this resort and I didn't like having to sign a check for $0 ever time I wanted to get a drink or grab a snack. Sometimes the waitstaff was friendly and attentive but several times it was like we were invisible.

Review 6：Perfect location. Beach is swimable but the current is still strong, so I wouldn't recommend it to weak swimmers or children. The beach is crowded with locals trying to sell you stuff all the time but they are polite at least.

Review 7：There were occasional exercise classes, volleyball and someusic poolside. Other than that, literally nothing on property to do. Evenings were especially low-key.

Review 9：We tried to book dinner at the Asian Restaurant one night and they were totally booked up. We would have eaten anytime. We thought they could just put us in with the last reservation. We did get tired of getting hit up often to see if we did the time-share tour...got annoying!

Review 11：Upon checking in we treked to our room only to find it was being painted and completely not ready. Hardly any apologies were made. We were also informed by the sales people that we'd have to pay 30 dollars a day for of o the gym which ended up being not true. Pool/Beach service staff spread way too thin. Inconsistency in terms of service. I really wish they had WIFI in the rooms. No spa services are included in the all inclusive package and the pricing is ridiculous. They charge more than high end spas here in SF.

Review 12：The food was really good. The Italian restaurant is definitely worth the extra money. The location is perfection. Could not have been happier to have the beach steps away.

Review 15：Food was fair at best (glad we did not do all inclusive), facilities in need of repair. On two separate occasions, we got stuck in the elevator. We reserved 2 rooms. Rooms unavailable upon check in so we were put in a 2 bedroom suite (nice). Then asked to move mid trip (had to repack) to 2 rooms. My husband and I slept in 2 twin beds and staff rude when we asked for what we reserved. Terrible customer service by one female staff person at front desk. Will not return to this property.
