Review 1:nothing
Review 2:staff, room and location
Review 3:Charming 'village' hotel with great character and feel. Accommodation tastefully restored and updated. very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Lovely situation looking out over the countryside from our balcony. Roxanne was a lovely, helpful and charming host. She was always available to help as and when required. Local wine purchased in local store across the road - excellent. Enjoyed a wonderful day visiting local historical towns and free hot spring in Saturnia! in summary a wonderful romantic and engaging experience. thankyou! we will be back!!
Review 4:Getting lost too often - There is no navigation system as useful as local knowledge and if you don't have that get a good map. Roxanne is generous with her information (and loans of her precious maps) so don't hesitate to ask.
Review 5:Everything. There was everything to like and love. Another reviewer has said it all beautifully. Roxanne, your host, the ambience of the town Semproniano, the incredible room (we also stayed in the Sophia Jnr Suite) and the never ending winding streets that take you towards other nearby sites/towns/Etruscian remains. Marvelous! All of it! One piece of advice - take a reputable map and don't rely on your navi, no matter how brilliant you think it is.
Review 6:Our stay was fantastic and we plan another trip in the near future. The lady that looks after B & B is so lovely and could not do enough to help us have a truly wonderful stay. Plus the people in the small town are so so friendly making us feel right at home. A lovely area can not wait to return.
Review 7:Location was very good for us - near the small mountain towns and countryside. Hostess Roxanne was very helpful and made our stay there perfect. Room was clean and superb medieval romantic. We loved our stay there and recommend all others who wish to relax and enjoy beautiful Italian town.
Review 8:If you want to feel the spirit of small town in Tuscany and if you likecharming and comfortable place to stay, I would honestly recommendstaying in Sepmroniano, in B&B "Borgo di Sepronio". Istayed there for three nights, but I did not want to leave. I likedeverything there and I know that I will definitely come back. It is awonderful place to stay if you are planning your trip to south Tuscany. The hostess of this B&B, Roxanne, if asked, provides all informationabout nice places to visit nearby according to your interests.
Review 9:You will love everything - room, surroundings, perfect recommendations from Roxanne, nice breakfast, the internet is working very well, the restaurant was excellent, beautiful town, pleasure to be there!!!

Review 12:What an amazing place ! I can't remember where we ever have received such a warm welcome and such a extraordinary and individual hospitality as in this lovely hotel in semproniano. If there is a place on earth close to heaven, there it is. And the person who made this happen was the wonderful Hotel Manager Roxanne who took care so much and great for us. Well, you set the bar very high and be sure we will be back for good. Thank you so much for a great and unforgetable time we could spent with you at this great place on earth.
Review 13:Everything was excellent especially Roxanne was extremely helpful. We were very happy and enjoyable during our two nights stay there. Will come back soon.
Review 14:Nothing negative to say.
Review 15:The design of the room was very romantic, the view was beautiful from the balcony, it was quiet to sleep and Roxanne was so very helpful. It's close to the hot springs which adds to the great location. The place was a gem of a find.
Review 16:Double bed was a little noisy when standing up and sitting down on it.
Review 17:Almost everything! Fantastic interior, quiet and beautifull small town on the hill, we seemed to be the only tourists there.
Review 18:I can't fault anything at the Borgo. The one comment I will make isdon't follow Google's directions to the hotel!!! They will takeyou up the hill to a dead end/pedestrian street!!!! Also, don'task old men in caps where the street is... They will send you in everydirection but the right one. When you get to the town, the road willsplit at the "Info Center", make a left, go to the "SportBar" on the left and park. From there look across the street andyou will see The Borgo's office. You can also ask in the bar as theyall know Roxanne.
Review 19:How do I begin? Lets start with Roxanne, our host. She was attentive, sweet, knowledgeable, hospitable, and she speaks perfect English. Sheeven called ahead to the restaurant (nearby and very good) to make surethey understood our dietary needs (gluten free Vegetarian). She took thetime to show us the room, and she gave us the history of the buildingand the furnishings. The room was beautiful! We stayed in the Sophia JrSuite, its the one shown in the photos with the canopy bed, which wewere told came from a Florentine convent. The attention to detail in theroom was extraordinary. The bedding was luxurious, the mattress wasperfect (not to hard, not to soft), the art was romantic, but tasteful.I loved the way they paired high modern with antique, just the rightamount of each. The room had an adorable piece of furniture that opensto a cook top, fridge and sink, which was nice for a cup of tea. Theroom was spacious, light and lovely. The bathroom was equallyimpressive, all covered in art glass tiles. There was a view of the hilland valley where we watched a perfect sunset from the pretty window.Breakfast was simple, fresh and delicious with yummy pastry and greatcoffee (breakfast is served in the back room of the local bar/cafe).Lastly, I will comment on Saturnia. What a remarkable place!! Roxannegave us perfect directions to find the natural falls/baths and alsogave us tickets to the spa should we choose to go. The natural baths area wonder, to say the least. As you approach you can see a plume ofsteam, and you smell the slight sulfurous aroma. You park and walk justaround the corner, and there you are! It is a little tricky getting intothe waters, as there are lots of hard, jagged rocks to getaround/over, but my 70 year old mother was able to go right to thecenter so its not too bad (though we had many a belly laugh gettingthere). Thanks Roxanne for such a lovely stay.
Review 20:Wifi is not comfortable, in the room which is cold apart from having poor signal. Breakfast is in a local bar, which is far from being nice place to start your morning. Also there is no much options to choose from, actually only 1 sort of ham and cheese if you dont eat sweet breakfast.
Review 21:It is not an ordinary accomodation due to the fact that you have your room /app at one building, breakfast in local bar, Wifi room (for free) at third location, reception at fourth. From the other side the service is good, actually the way how Roxanna is always there for you compansating some shortcomings of accomodation. Semproniano is very small village with nothing to do there, but it makes an excellent starting point to visit Saturnia hot springs, Montepulciano and Montalcino vine region, Pienza pecorino cheese or just Maremma nature. In general the accomodation is good value for money if you dont mind the organization of the place.
Review 22:- Staff!!!! - size of apartment - position - parking place available not far
