Review 1：The shuttle bus was not at the airport, so we have to find our own way to the hotel. We waited for 3 hours but it did not turn up.

Review 2：Hotel was very clean and staff are friendly.

Review 3：There's construction going on every night during my stay which can be heard from the hotel room loudly and it's middle in the night. Internet connection poor.

Review 5：The only bad experience i had was that i did a change in my booking and specially requested for late check out due to my late flight. Even though i got an email confirmation from booking.com that my request has been successfully changed, the staff told me it is not valid as nobody from Staz hotel responded to me. I was puzzled as i did the same thing in booking the hotel. How come no staff responded to me but they still accepted when i checked in the hotel. It doesnt sounds logical to me. I feel that this area can be improved to avoid any unhappy incident if there are old folks travelling.

Review 6：I like the location as it is conveniently located nearby subway station, Eujiro ga 3. Easily access to places of interest like, Myeongdong, Dongdaemon, Seoul Tower, Hongik and Ehwa etc.

Review 7：We stayed in a family room with 4 beds. Had lots of space in the room. Short walk to Myeongdong and Eulijiro Sam-ga station. Great location and friendly staff! 7-11 in the lobby!

Review 8：The central heating system was so good that the room was a little too warm for me. It was winter so the air conditioning system was unavailable. I requested for a stand fan, but it was unfortunate that they didn't have a fan.

Review 22：Room is very small. Hardly have any space to walk after put in our luggage. Location is a bit hard to find food. The stalls and shops around it are mostly for drinking with small side dishes served. Surrounding the hotel are hardware shops.

Review 24：Location was kinda surprised and strange to me though it iwas conveniently located near the subway which was just 2 mins walk away. The surrounding neighbours were bathroom, titles and renovation shops. And that made our stay kinda unpleasant due to the noises from the shops. The passing-by vehicles, voices and funny reversing sound from vehicles woke up my family and I every morning.

Just around the corner of the street, you can access subway at Station Euljiro-3-ga, which is a very convenient station to most of the places! And there is a small local eating place for late night meal just next to the hotel. Cannot miss out the FREE massage machine in the lobby as well~~

Review 34：Never taking the 10th floor. The room has heater but no air-conditioner. As a result, if you stay at the room during daytime, it's so hot. I stayed in November and the daytime temperature reached 33 Census degree in the room while the outside temperature is just 15 C. Hard to imagine what will happen there during summer.

Review 38：The room I think a little bit smell (just a little bit) at first. I don't know if it's a smell from a cigarette or just musty. I didn't ask for a different room because our friends room is on the same floor. And it doesn't bother me so much. On the second day the smell is gone.

Review 39：The room might be small but it's enough for two people and the luggage. The bathroom is also small but again it's enough to take a shower. The staff really helpful and can speak English. The room cleaned daily. Towel also changed daily. The location might not right in the center of Myeongdong but it's not far. You can just walk maybe 5 minutes. And it's within walking distance (3 minutes maybe) to bus stop and subway.

Review 46：The bathrooms are a bit small, the only location I could find a port to use my kettle was in the bathroom. I had coffee one day and left the cup on the bedside table. I didn't like how even after I had pressed the "make up my room" button, I came back to find the bed sheets were the same, just the beds were straightened out. The coffee was finished apart from one sip, yet the cleaners thought it would be ok just to put a lid on it and not give me a clean cup.

Review 48：Airport limousine bus service no. 6015 should update the bus stop. On arrival, we walked from euljiro 1 ga. Where there is a intermediate stop between royal hotel euljiro 1ga and best Western gukdo euljiro 1 ga. It is known as pine avenue stop.

Review 91：The hotel streets was not so convenient. They were narrow, dark and abit difficult to navigate. It was not one of the best streets I'vebeen in Jung-gu area I must say, but it works.If you are going to the Incheon Airport, they will arrange a ridiculous expensive transfer! It doesn't compensate at all even if you are in a hurry. The traffic in Seoul can be tricky and you can end up stuck in the middle of the way to the airport and paying much more then the Express Train. If the Express Train to Incheon Airport is running by the time you need to be there, I strongly advise you to get it. I got a taxi alone in one of the main streets near the hotel and went to the Seoul Station. And there i got the Express Train to the INCHEON Airport. I think the train ride is about 30/40 mins. DON'T get the transfer from the hotel if you can avoid!

Review 92：The hotel was modern and quite new. It was also very clean. I got theimpression of a Business hotel. The price I payed was extremelylittle compare to what I got (kind of a 3 stars hotel). The locationwas ok. It was near the shopping area (Myeongdong) and maybe 10 to 15minutes driving to the Seoul Station. Bottom line, if you get a gooddeal as I did you will pay guest house or even Love Motel price for a3 stars hotel.
